Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Phoenix

Got in line at the drive through at 9:10pm, and they advertise they close at 10. All of us in line, several cars, sat in an unmoving line for twenty minutes before the car in front of me moved up. I got to the order screen and was greeted with silence; I called out hello a few times before someone poked their head out of a side door and said they were closed and then shut off the lights.

First off, you should advertise correct hours on your website. Secondly, if you're closing the restaurant before your advertised hours while people are still in the drive through, you should have the decency to let them know.

Just a good reminder not to patron large chain restaurants. After wasting half an hour in the Church's drive through, I went to a small family restaurant instead, had a lovely chat with the employee, and ate a delicious dinner. Support...

The food is great but the drive-thru wait time is ridiculous! The 3 times I've attempted to use their drive-thru I sat for over 5 minutes just waiting to order & left angry without ordering because it was too long & no idea why. On the other hand, walk-in wait times have been relatively short, 5 minutes generally, between order & walking out the door. Last week my daughter & I were picking something up about 20 minutes prior to closing after spending the evening cleaning/packing/loading the car during our move & we were really hungry! The guys on the closing crew not only hooked us up with a couple extra chicken strips but a side of mashed potatoes/ gravy & to our surprise & joy...3 extra honey biscuits!!! The food is always hot & fresh & totally tasty, a nice...

Waited about 15 minutes just to get to the intercom, with only 2 cars in front of me. Once I got to intercom, they informed me that their CC machine is broken and only taking cash. Annoyed, but luckily I had my emergency cash, but not enough so had to readjust my order. After about another 10 minutes I make it to the window. Got drinks, then waited another 10 minutes for my food. By this time I'm super frustrated and annoyed, but having worked in the service industry I just take my food and go. I get home and the biscuits that go with the combo meals are missing and chicken is cold. Reheated chicken, no biggie. Finally sat down to have dinner... Nope! Couldn't eat it. It was the greasiest most flavorless chicken I had ever tried....
