Ever since Kendra stopped working here the place has changed, some of the bar tenders try to make drinks but they are still learning. Now we had a little situation with one of the bar tenders. We ordered drinks and as I was about to drink from it I noticed something dark floating inside it, I look closely and immediately knew that the ice was contaminated, I took it back to the bar tender to show her that the ice was dirty, she looked at it and didn't even apologize, instead she offered to replace the drink, so when I got the new drinke,again, the ice still looked dirty. I almost threw up right there and since we already had a few and just the thought of the ice being dirty disgusted me. We paid the tab but left no tip for the bar tender since we thought she didn't earn a dime for serving drinks with dirty ice, and yet I heard her whispered if "just because of what happened you're going to give me a tip?"

Great dive! Atmosphere is welcoming. Mostly regulars here. The drinks are strong and well priced. Unfortunately one particular bartender who I will not name, was completely distracted by personal business. She was not attentive to the needs of customers, did not greet people as they entered the establishment, was not busy and remained glued to her phone. She did not look up once except to acknowledge regular patrons that were aware of her situation. I've been going here for awhile and enjoy the bar but this person alone cannot seem to separate her work life from her personal life. All patrons at the bar at aware of her situation including myself and she is not professionally composed. As I said before, she is very polite but very distracted by her personal woes. I cant give 1 star since a one visit review is unfair. That being said here's how it went: Drove up through one of the worst strip mall parking lots I've ever seen it's a pothole apocalypse. There was even a fentanyl zombie roaming the uhaul trucks parked nearby. I walked in and ordered a beer and went to use the restroom. As I'm in the stall 3 spanish speaking hombres come shuffling in dragging their cowboy boots all over the floor babbling and spitting spanish all over each other until one of em pulled out the cocaine and they turned into 3 mexican vacuum cleaners snorting louder than any Kirby I ever heard.
