I have ordered from this Domino's for a few years now and have overall been very happy, until tonight. I ordered though the app, and received notification that my pizza was ready. I showed up to pick up my pizza, and they didn't have it. At first they said I may have selected the wrong store, so I showed them on my app, and they confirmed I had the correct store. The employee simply said, that's weird, it's in the system but we never got the order. She said come back in 10-15 minutes and the pizza will be ready. I returned to the store, and she asks for the full order total. I responded, you're not going to compensate me for driving here twice? She responded, it was only 10 minutes. Are you kidding me? Any restaurant that messes up your order should compensate you for the extra time and inconvenience. They did nothing, didn't even apologize or offer any compensation. I said, I don't want the pizza then (totally broke my kids' hearts who had been waiting for their pizza for over an hour). It's not about the money, it's about customer service and respecting people's time. I have ordered Domino's for years, but I will never return to this store and may never order...
Read moreI been ordering from this from this dominos for many many years, and I’ve usually always had wonderful overall experience, however lately, the past like 5 times I’ve ordered from here the food has been extremely horrible, I don’t know why because I usually order the same things I’ve always had over the years. But after the order I received this evening I will never order from here agin. The food was yet again a huge disappointment, it was like they barley baked it, I’m not sure if It’s because I placed my order so late right before they close that the employees wanted to get home quick and just didn’t care about the food quality they were going to be delivering to me or what. The garlic knots were literally soggy and for sure undercooked, as well as the marble brownie cooking desert thing, way undercooked that it looked unsafe to eat. Corporations aren't human beings. it's all about profits at the expenses of customers. Two weeks ago, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, aka "pie" for a pick-up it was delivered to me without "cheese," better known as Mozzarella, so there it was, just tomato sauce and pepperoni. I called the claim department, but not such a thing exists. It's a recording that eventually will transfer you to the order line somewhere. Who knows where in Siberia perhaps?. Don't keep trying because you will get the same result you will be ignored. The young woman managing the store fits perfectly the profile of Domino's standards and badly trained basic skills on customer service. My advice to you all is to promote the independent small pizzeria in your neighborhood. I'm sure they will...
