Paradise Valley Festival — Local services in Phoenix

Visited 3 of the shops its ok but could use a little trash pick up in the parking lots. A few homeless people come up to your parked car asking for help. Don't mind helping but coming to my car is not a good thing. Kinda a weard.drive in driveway little tight but ok. Most of the stores have good people and polite but have not had to use all the stores but would say decent area with access to basic needs. Just watch homless might catch ya off.guard if not expecting it and i know they are not being bad in any way just surprised at getting out and asked right off the spot for help and i do when I can in this time of a lot of people are in need. Would be cool id management would have the homeless in area pick up trash and give them the money to maintain the lot but that is just me....

There's plenty of parking in this plaza, not much shade however. Also, with how spread out everything is, you don't have to worry about cars going in and out and getting clogged. I noticed this plaza has a lot of exercise spots. I came here for the Foundry AZ pilates class, but I saw they had a dance school, a karate school etc. They also have a kid's clothing store.
