Absolutely the worst experience at a business. I understand it is Valentine's day. The manager Joaquin and the owner should staff better. Your whining about how busy you are and pointing out the fact that is Valentine's day does not for reason excuse Joaquin's horrible behavior. You caused your business to lose my girlfriend as a major fan last night. Domino's was her favorite. I wrote in the delivery instructions to have the driver bring change for a hundred my order was including tip would have been about $44.00. when he arrived he had no change. Then he too was complaining be and threw his Co workers under the bus, they didn't tell me. What did they need to tell you delivery driver, TO CHECK THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS ion your orders. There is absolutely no accountability with two staff members. The driver did say he would be back. Never returned. So at this point. It was on the instructions, the delivery guys said, he would be back, neither occurred. Called the restaurant the picked up the phone and hung up. Called again and this time they answered Jaoquin , could not be bothered though, just call corporate they will give you something. He kept saying the most insincere "I am sorry". What did that do for me and my family, that Jaoquin, just decided to screw my family over. Jaoquin also admitted to talking to the delivery guy about this order and yet he never one-time bothered to pick up the phone and make a call. Not once. There were four different opportunities, for Jaoquin to do the right thing. He failed. He made a decision to deprive, my girlfriend, myself, our two kids of their Valentine's day meal. Because he wanted to prove a point. I guess somewhere on a website it states that they do not take large Bill's. Sorry bro, I use the mobile app and I didn't see that, hey, Jaoquin, you see those delivery instructions, and that phone. Maybe you need a lesson in customer service and a little humility. We had an evening planned that included a lot more than just this meal, but Jaoquin, that we need to be taught a lesson so after waiting for the delivery guy who didn't return we then had to order from Pizza hut, and they read they saw the instructions. By now it was too late and we missed the rest of the evening. You guys are aweful, you could have picked up a phone, but instead you, decided to do nothing. There was no need to us the way that you did. I am sorry you are an angry person and decided take that out on us. I will be looking for your boss to replace that dinner as well as the cost of the eveniing's event because you are angry. Read moreThis was the worst experience ever at a pizza place, I ordered online, the tracker got stuck and a half hour later it was still in prep. When I called the store they acted like it was my fault and after a conversation they agreed to make me a fresh pizza. When I picked it up there was a line at the order window and only one person working the counter. Many employees walked by me at the pick up window and never said a word, it was like I was invisible. After ten minutes the girl boxing the pizza came out and asked what I was there for, I am in the pick up window and she has to ask??? I said I was there to pick up my pizza and asked if it just came out of the oven or under the heat lamp and she said it was fresh when I got home it tasted like the cardboard box, not like a fresh domino's pizza. This store does not care about customer service from the talking I could hear I could tell they were over worked, understaffed and not happy about it. It showed they did not care about quality or customer service and that is probably because management does not care.
DO NOT GO TO THE STORE ON 35TH Ave & Glendale from every one there and waiting I could see they were not getting customer service either I saw three problems with people ordering and they were treated like it was their fault there was a problem and little help to make the customer feel welcome or appreciated. This night manager clearly needs help not only with running her store efficiently but also a new coarse in customer service! Very rude and no compassion! MY FAMILY SAT HERE STARVED AND SHE DIDNT CARE. This is the second time that I have had an issue with my order and this night manager.
