The lobby was empty and no cars were in the parking lot. We should’ve known. No employees greeted us as we walked in. Once they did come out from the back, they were not friendly. They did not have many options for donuts at all. The bacon egg and cheese croissant took forever and it was tasteless and cold. Despite this, our daughter decided she wanted a bacon egg and cheese croissant and ordered it for herself. It came out on a bagel. No problem, they can switch it out. No employees were to be found. We opened the front door so it would ring, no employees. We had to physically go towards the back and yell for someone to come out. Finally they did. They said they couldn’t just put the egg, bacon cheese on a croissant and that they would have to charge us for a whole new sandwich, not charge the difference. No manager was available. They told us that it would cost them money if they gave us the croissant and they said that our daughter touched the bagel, as if that makes any difference when it was their mistake. I asked for a refund since we didn’t want the sandwich on a bagel. The employee said she was refunding to my card but when I checked the receipt and my bank, she actually charged us for ANOTHER SANDWICH. We had to yell for the employees to come out again and this time a new woman came out making snide remarks about them losing money but at least she made sure both sandwiches were refunded to my card. They then escaped to the back and left the sandwich on the counter, which I threw in the trash for them. They took a simple problem that could’ve had a simple solution and ensured that we will never return and I took the extra time to write this review to warn anyone who may be deciding where to spend their hard earned money. Read moreSo when I went into this location this morning I had to wait in line over 10 minutes to get served and there were only 2 people in front of me. There was a gentleman behind me in line who left because he said he couldn't wait. When I finally got to the front of the line the young man who was cashiering seemed like he was having a bad morning I get that it happens and it was well before 6 am! I asked him his name and if he was okay. He looked at like I had 3 heads and said no and that's how I'm going to answer that question from now on. Then he put his hands together and said how may I help you I'm here to serve you. I told him what I wanted 25 munchkin donuts and he went to the back of the store to get them. While I was waiting another young man came in the door to start working. He punched in grabbed an apron and put some gloves in his back pocket. I didn't see him wash his hands at all. 😕 The other young man comes back it did seem to take a few minutes. I said you didn't tell me your name he looks at me and says I don't want to disclose that information to you. No problem I replied I was just going to pray for you. I hope you have a good day. I swiped my card and left. I saw 4 employees while I was in this location not one of them had a smile on their face most looked disgruntled or unhappy. the lady takes my orders, has trouble with putting it in (2 medium nonfat lattes with whip cream, one of the decaf - NOT HARD) never gives me a total, never tells me to pull forward serves me luke warm lattes (one almost missing the whip on the decaf one) I inform her they are luke warm and she takes them back and asks me to pull forward while she remakes them (fair enough) wait 10 minutes go inside and she still is NOT making my lattes Ask for the shift manager, AJ - who is about as lousey at leadership as his sales associate I realize I am OVER CHARGED He UNDER REFUNDS me
and then goes on to explain "he's sure it doesnt usually happen" and DOES NOT APOLOGIZE.

The staff was argumentative, never took responsibility or accountability - did correct the under-refund value - in which I think now they are short $0.07 which is beside the point.
However, David Parker, the franchise owner will be contacted and hopefully they let go every single poor employee that is running this dump (yes it was dirty too).
I WILL NEVER BE BACK and I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW..
All you needed to do was apologize and make it right.
