If you haven’t heard of EZBACHI yet, we’re the OG’s of Hibachi Food Trucks in Arizona! Still serving up 🔥bowls years later but now with a restaurant in Downtown Phoenix 👌 #LifeisGood #EverybodyEats

Beautiful and unique restaurant with eye catching artistry and music for all genres. Walk in or pick up is an option. One must choose their desired meal from their detailed menu and right after you must pay before sitting. I am assuming this is to prevent dine and dash recipients 😆😂.. the food of choice was the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and vegetables (fried large onion slices and diced zucchinis. ( Not my preference yet there is no other options.) The front desk waitress mariza was very pleasant and attentive. Axel was the chef of the evening and prepared the said meals. The only thing I would pass is on the dry chicken. It had no true authentic flavor in which I was expecting. Somewhat tasted like dried freeze chicken that was in the refrigerator too long, the rice was your basic Asian based fried rice and the shrimps added were not grilled or sauteed...they tasted like it was boiled and fried but i could not rid the after taste and the refreshment of choice was a fruit punch juice and that was very watered down. The wontons were possibly my favorite food along with the sauce. M.y partners meal preference was the chicken and fried rice. And it also had the same consistency as the teriyaki Chicken.. Very gorgeous layout of the restaurant by the way.

EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. I remember seeing the original spot downtown Phoenix across from Guadalajara and wanting to try them so bad. I finally tried them two months ago because my son who LOVES hibachi food wanted and begged to try it. We both ordered the EZ Devil combo (Steak, Shrimp, Scallops, with noodles and rice) they apparently ran out of scallops and didn’t give the noodles we got fried rice. This first experience wasn’t bad just upsetting that you pay $35 to get three.. THREE different types of meat/seafood but only get two. This recent experience which is literally 30 minutes ago… we ordered online same meal both me and my son. We get there to pick up the food only to come home again with no scallops… and NO FLAVOR on ANYTHING!!! meat.. no flavor… shrimp… no flavor… only this time we did not get an option of fried rice they stuffed the container with white rice and noodles… not to mention the noodles are the only thing that has any flavor.. but with an overwhelming flavor of fish. Again this experience was very disappointing especially to pay $70 for flavorless food and no scallops.

This was the worst decision I made, ordering from this food truck. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They advertise two food trucks one in South Phx and the other on the West side ( I live in the West Side) & placed the order for the location nearest me. Only to receive a call stating they were going to cancel my order and place at the location in South Phx or that they would call their manager Jackie to confirm if I can get a refund in the amount of $105.00.

The reason they had to cancel my order was due to the location on Thomas being closed. Yet, the app allowed me to place the order and in fact asked that I place it at 6:15pm for pick up. At this point I wasn’t going to loose $100.00 and wait 5 days for my refund to be processed and not eat. I waited all day to eat at this place and try it out as it was recommended to me.

I receive a call while I just got on the road 10 mins after the initial call stating my food was ready. That’s nice since I’m 30 mins away from the location.

I drive to the South Phx location and requested to speak to Jackie to find out that she was too busy to speak to me and ignored my calls. It took me 30 mins driving there and driving back home another 30 mins to bring back my cold, dry, old meat and chicken that was flavorless.

I wish I could say the food was worth the drive but it wasn’t. It only amplified my rage that I feel toward this place which is leading to my long review. I think if I wanted to drive downtown to eat I would’ve dressed nicely and chosen a different place.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this unprofessional no taste food truck that was expensive for no reason. Save your money! I would have rather spent my money at ASHO where my money would’ve been appreciated and respected.

Thanks Jackie for wasting my time, gas, energy, and money on...

I was finishing my shift today and I was contemplating on where I should go. I thank God for the enjoyment of this meal.🤞 To come here after a long day of only having breakFAST and nothing for lunch is rewarding. I have to say that I loved this meal! The Mignon and Chicken seared in honey sriracha was very DELICIOUS. But to make my experience even better was Lanaya's Service. It is not very busy right now which personally, I don't like crowded spaces so finding a spot that is calm really makes me comfortable. I walked in and waited to be seated, and before I eat I try to make sure I wash my hands! Lanaya prepared me water in the meantime and I came back to my table with a drink set for me. :) Thank you 👍 I sat down, looked at the menu pondered on options, and I couldn't choose because everything looks delicious to eat. At this point, I already know I want to leave Lanaya a tip, so I knew to spend within a respectable budget and TIP WELL. I asked "what's the favorite?" And Lanaya's RESPONSE WAS OFF THE BAT, she knew her menu! That's tight. I took into consideration everything she mentioned. Thank God she directed me to pick a WELL THOUGHT OUT MEAL. I am so greatful for this service and the food! That chef has some cool skills. By the way, don't forget to bring chopsticks if you have a set at home. Next time I WILL BE...
