Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

This Pizza Hut has to be the smallest one yet I've been to, It's a pick up only considering there's no dining area. The first time I was confused because they don't have their menu on display, everything is through a code on the phone. I didn't know how to use this so we weren't able to know prices and I eventually left disappointed, but decided to come back and give it another try. To make things easier I decided to download the Pizza Hut app and just order carryout as I still till this day don't know how to use the code hahaha. The staff are always friendly and tries to get your order on time. The pizza itself is always delicious, the bread sticks are always hot and puffy. Overall it's a good location to pick up only , and to order make sure you have your phone on you inside the store. UPDATE: They added a menu in their countertop which is really convenient now ! Awesome...

I had forgotten how freaking amazing pizza hut is. The customer service is amazing, and the food is amazing. Let me tell you this story: A few weeks ago, we stopped by. I always forget to get their names when I have the best experience ever. He was a young man stating he was the manager. In the restaurant, it has teenage mutant ninja turtle boxes up on the wall as displays from one of the employees coloring them. I have my little girl who's an amazing artist and my boyfriend who's obsessed with the turtle, lol. I asked if we could get extra boxes so my little girl could draw and color them. He was so kind to cut some boxes and give us the lids. My little girl was so happy. Besides how great the food is, the customer service here was such a blessing. Beyond how the littlest things can make not someone's day but someone's experience the best memory...

I placed an online order for delivery, I realized the delivery time was running an hour and a half so I was prepared for that. When 2 hours hit and I was still waiting and my tracker hadnt changed at all I decided to give the store a call. The guy that answered the phone said I was up next, he was just waiting for a driver, and the current driver was out with 3 deliveries then he would be back to get mine. Needless to say my warm pizza that was hard as a rock showed up an hour later without any kind of apology or explanation as to why I waited 3 hours for 1 pizza and breadsticks.
