Family had been going there for years, but not at their prices for greasy spoon dining now. Took my elderly father and food was ehhh... Sausage paddys (which were not tasty at all on par with worst I've had with their grill line marks) an extra 2 bucks instead of links and almost 8 bucks for coffee for two? Now I may have missed the print on those item costs but by the time we had 2 - 9.99 breakfasts add a 10 dollar tip it was 50 bucks. Two 2x2x2 breakfasts and 2 coffees plus tip & tax @ a greasy spoon... 50 bucks. Nope not again. 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 2 pancakes, 2 cups of drip coffee plus tip 50 bucks? OK you got me this time, not again. I've spent this at other places, where the food was delicious and the dining experience not out dated, and coffee was great. Sorry but no, not paying that here being nickle and dimed too the max. I'm surprised I wasn't charged extra for the no label refilled watery Tabasco. I have eaten here numerous times over the years, could never rave about the food, other than acceptable. That old time dining experience just feels dated and tasteless. I can't bare...
Read moreWe come to eat here alot and this will most likely be the last time i had the worse experience today with waitress named karina for starters she takes my order down wrong and then when i let her know instead of fixing the problem she she wants to sit there and argue about it so when i asked to speak with manager she tells me theres no manager until tomorrow so nothing they can do until then ridiculous right ? So then the inform me that owner is there so i asked to speak with her and they say she doesn't want to talk to me because her English is not very good ...is that the way u treat a loyal customer woow!! Im very disappointed in the staff and owner because i have enjoyed coming her untill today never had issues with any other wait staff they need to teach karina some customer service cuz they have lost a good customer over something she could have fixed. And as for owner she needs some customer service and English classes as while so she can fix issue if she wants to continue with one manager. Horrible horrible time very bad customer...
Read moreMy wife and I visited this coffee shop with another couple for a late brunch last Sunday around 11 am. There wasn't a waiting list and we were seated immediately in the back dining room. The whole staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive to our needs, the food was served in less than 10 minutes, was tasty and hot. The servers provided timely refills and pre-bussed the table quickly. We neglected to take photos of our food, but I had a very nice ham and egg breakfast with crispy has browns, a whole wheat toast with extra butter, and a generous-sized glass of cool, refreshing orange juice. My wife had French Toast with strawberry topping and crisp bacon, and hot coffee with choice of flavored creamers. My friend built his own omelette with his favorite ingredients, and his wife had a nice chicken sandwich with all of the fixin's. Our average check was between $15-20 per person. All in all, a very pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable experience, with time to enjoy friends and...
