Tried this place for the first time tonight and will NEVER recomend to anyone. The girl who took the order over the phone is rude or just totally enept or both. 45 minutes for our order, it was over an hour. Called back and talked to Little Miss Enept who "assured" us that our order was out on delivery and GUARANTEED our food would be hot...WRONG! Their driver was the ONLY positive, he called said he was lost. Told him I gave the girl SPECIFIC directions, he said it wasn't on the ticket. We looked, it wasn't. He was fearful of not having change for $100 bill, which again Miss Enept said "no problem" due to the amount of the order. Again, not noted on ticket. Called hack to speak to the management and was told by Amir, there wasn't a manager on duty and took my complaint call. He said they were a driver down. Not my problem, adjust your man power accordingly. Amir said he could send back out a free pizza and some wings. That was at 8 PM. Its currently 1:44 am and no call, no food TAKE HEED AND DON'T GO HERE OR CALL THEM!! On the 22nd, I ordered a pizza for delivery half chicken and half veggie. Once it arrived to my location we noticed that it was all chicken which could not be eaten because the person the pizza was mainly for does not eat meat. We called and explained this the guy over the phone said just pick off, he made it right (even after sending photos), and began to call me out of my name such as FAT and NER (use your imagination). The right business thing to do is to offer to remake the pizza and correct it or a refund. His response was I would have to bring the pizza in into the location to get an refund which defeats the purpose of delivery. After being called out of my name a numerous amount of times I decided to arrive at the location for my refund. The moment I arrived he came out the back hostile and trying to bait me to break character. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NOT BE BACK TO ANY GUS LOCATION AFTER THIS. Wish I could have given NO Stars!! Worse experience since being in Phoenix. Got an ad from them on my door, decided to try them out from the deals on the flyer. I called to place my order and was told that the deal on the flyer was expired even though I had just got the flyer today. Then was told to my order would take 45 mins, even though I across the street from them. Over an hour goes by and I call to check on my order status and basically was told they didn't have any record of my order!! And I paid for my order during the first call, the guy took my order again and said I had to wait another 30-40 mins. I asked could I be comped for the inconvenience and was told I could get a 2 liter, wow thanks HA!
