Hopsology Taproom and Wine Bar — Restaurant in Phoenix

The people that run this place are so rude!! They started cussing at my husband because he parked in a spot that they thought they had reserved. He was 10 feet away from the orange cones they had in the parking lot, but she still felt that he was encroaching on her reserved space in this open parking lot I’m sorry this is an open parking lot. What the heck is she thinking? She was completely unhinged. Definitely will not be spending a dime in her business or the food trucks that she brings in.

And now that I review their response, I can also add to my review and say they are dishonest. The response was dishonest and that’s not actually what happened. But good luck to you oh and in response I guess what you told me karma is a B word. Yep that’s what you said to me. By the way, we were at least 15 feet away from your cones and the food truck did pull up before we left and had plenty of room so your ridiculous amount of reserving spaces was embarrassing. Had you just asked nicely that we could reposition our trucks because you had a food truck coming in we would’ve gladly done so with a smile, but you came off hot like angry...

Needed to run an errand to Harbor Freight on SE corner of Bell rd and 51st ave. To my surprise right next door (to the right), something caught my eye; and open door with ballons and a sign above the door: Hopsology Taproom and Wine Bar. So I had to peak inside and check it out. A friendly greeting said "C'mon in and welcome!!" (WTHeck, Harbor Freight can wait), so I sat down in an awesome bar seat with a back, all-cushioned very comfortable and the perfect height, especially for tall people! Allie was the person whom greeted me, asked what type of beer do I prefer. I enjoy IPA's but during the day running errands and such, the abv has to be low. She offered a couple of choices and I was very pleased with an ice cold brew. Also met a few folks at the bar who were very friendly and knowledgeable home-brewers, willing to share there experiences. There was a food truck that arrived, but I didn't try any food but I did see a couple of orders and it looked good. Also met Adam whom shared his opening experience so far.
