I have been coming to get my nails done with them for almost 9 months. I set my appointment three days in advance at 2pm. I come in and moon just finished the other woman’s nails ten minutes early. Moon proceeds to go and eat some food and then at 205 she start somebody else’s nails even though my appointment started at two. When I asked her husband how long it was gonna be after me waiting 20 minutes he advised she was almost done so I waited an additional 20 minutes and she still was not done. Moon does very good nails But I shouldn’t have to set an appointment three days in advance and still have to wait almost 45 minutes and watch her start somebody’s nails from scratch who was a walk in when the time that they told me to come in was at 2 o’clock this is not a time I suggested. The reason why I am posting this is because her quality has went down- the last time I got my full set done by her she was doing my nails like she was a newbie. And this appointment today at 2 PM three of my nails were already lifted and I just had my nails done a week and a half ago so on top of the fact that a week and a half ago I spent $125 for both nails and toes, now I have to come back you make me wait 45 minutes after I’ve been coming to you for nine months straight. My absolute favorite nail salon. Ive been going here for about three years. I don’t go any where else. They can give you whatever you ask for. If they recommend something just listen, they have good judgement. If you want a good set don’t rush them and come with plenty of time to spare. They truly take their time on everyone so expect them to do the same for you and expect an amazing outcome, just be patient. They will all take really good care of you. Always call for an appointment you get 10% off. They are extremely busy on the weekends in the afternoon. They will always recommend gel or the dipping powder, it’s literally worth what you pay for. They do a great job at everything pedicures, full sets, and even eye brow waxing. IF you haven’t had the paraffin wax on your pedicure, I highly recommend that as well. In my picture I tried to fix them up with pink glitter but the red ones is what I asked for. And even the next day the red glitter paint was still coming off. I came here about a week ago and I called to make a appointment they told me to come at 6 they close at 7. They did not start my nails until 6:30 I don’t know if they were rushing or what but the back of my nails are all bumpy. They never clipped or filed my nails they went straight to gluing the nails on. I was getting my nails and toes done at the same time. The lady who did my nails finished before the lady who did my toes. And everyone left or was in the back room because I never seen nobody go out the front door and leave.
