I wish I could give this store a Zero on service and atmosphere. I place a delivery order through the Noodles and Company app. Received an order confirmation email from noodles and company. Almost an hour later a door dasher calls me from inside the restaurant asking if I got my order because it’s not there. I said no, and they said they’ll figure it out with the restaurant. A few minutes later I got an email from noodles and company saying my order was canceled and I would have to call the deer valley tower center restaurant with any questions. I called and they told me to call door dash. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Told her that I couldn’t call door dash because all of my communication and orders are through noodles and company and don’t have any door dash information. The “‘manager” put me on hold. Another “manager” picked up and asked how she could help me. I explained again that I can’t contact door dash because I ordered through noodles and received all communication via email from noodles. The “manager” got upset raised her voice and talked over me saying I ordered through DoorDash and she can’t help me. I explained what happened again and she hung up on me. Tried to go do the store to clear things up in person. Asked for the manager because I was hung up on. The full staff looked at me and started whispering, so I waved and smiled. The two “managers” came from the back and had the same attitudes as on the phone. I showed them my noodles and company emails and asked what can I say to door dash with these noodles and company confirmation numbers. They told me to go online and reach out to noodles and company. What a joke! Terrible way to handle a customer that PAID and didn’t receive their order. Terrible way to handle a customer who was looking for help and was told to contact another company. Terrible “manager” this place needs to train their managers and the rest of the staff to handle customers when they’re are wronged. They treated me like I stole something....
Read moreWorst experience I've had at this restaurant. I was coming back to the valley knowing I would be staying near Noodles and Company looking forward to dinner and relaxing at the hotel. I ordered and then stood there for almost 30 minutes, 10 of that my order was sitting on the counter while I watched an assembly line of bowls thrown out on the counter while the two casiers threw a pinch of cheese and a shake of spice and bowls on a line of sacks. My order was to go. I watched my single bowl ignored as they prepared sack after sack after my single order. I finally got the attention of one of the assembly workers asking if she thought mine would be up. She didn't even respond just walked over grabbed the bowl put it in the sack and grabbed a baguette, dropped it in the bag, turned around held it out to me, without a word or smile. She then turned around and walked off. I got to the hotel, got ready to watch TV and eat a delicious bowl of the creamy buttered noodles. What I put in my mouth were cold, half cooked, very chewy wide noodles that had some kind of oil but no creamy anything, let alone butter, oh and a pinch of parmesan very stiff cheese. No taste whatsoever to this dish. Bland chewy stuff. Disappointed doesn't describe it. And the worst of it is that there is the Wildflower cafe just a couple of doors down were I could have eaten and know it would have been a great dinner after a long days drive. If I wasn't so tired I would have taken it back and handed it to them. There are other choices where you can get a satisfying dish of pasta. Do not waste your time or money at this location. Read moreAnother 1 star rating 5-22-25. Went to get dinner at 8pm tonight. After ringing me up they let me know they can't take cash tonight. Cancelled my order and went elsewhere. So sad a restaurant can't accept cash. I bet somebody else will take it!
Changed my earlier rating from 5 stars to 1 star today, Saturday April 9th 2022. Their drink machine has been out of most soft drinks for weeks. The cashier had no clue when new drink supplies would arrive. ( A lot of good my FREE DRINK coupon does me! ).
Which by the way, they couldn't enter into the register because their scanner was down.
After they took my order, gave me the total and I handed them cash to pay, they inform me that they were not taking cash today. "They have no cash" she said. So they canceled my order and gave my $ back.
Thanks for wasting my time.
Here's an idea, since nobody is in the restaurant, how about you send somebody to the bank and get some! It's not a difficult problem to fix.
Not sure who's in charge at this location, but their customer service has gone down hill the past couple months.
Guess I'll take my cash elsewhere to get lunch today.
Their Gluten Free Chicken Pad Thai is delicious! Never had a sweet flavored Pad Thai before, so it was a nice surprise.
The quantity of egg in the dish was more than traditionally used, which I also liked. It did not add an overpowering egg flavor to the dish, which you may think it would do.
