I have to start off by saying this salon seems to be very friendly, and they appear to have a lot of repeat customers. I've been here a total of 3 times now; the first 2 times were great, my pedicure and gel manicure were very nice and the gel manicure actually lasted 2 weeks which is rare for me. Unfortunately, when I went in today for a gel fill, the nail tech assumed that I had acrylic on my nails and proceeded to file my poor nail beds with the efile to the point that they are bendy, brittle, and very sore. When I twitched from the pain, I said I told them that I have sensitive nail beds. The confusion seems to have come in because when I called in, I said I wanted a fill. I did clarify on the phone that I had just gel polish and need a refresh. Once the tech brought out the acrylic powder, I realized there may be a miscommunication, but unfortunately, it was too late to save my nail beds. The tech then admitted that it was weird that the dust coming from my nail didn't seem to be acrylic or hard gel, and that they couldnt see the acrylic. Which would be because there was not anything there but my nail. The tech then proceeded to soak my bare nails in acetone, weakening them even further, and then file them even more before applying the gel. I had taken a break from all nail polish, acrylic, etc. for a long time and worked incredibly hard to strengthen my nails, so this is extremely devastating. I can't say I dont recommend this salon because not every experience was bad, but I probably won't be back. ****less than 24 hrs later and they have already started chipping 😢

This is definitely a place where I will return. As an unapologetically very large woman in a city with a reputation for being thin, it is quite difficult for me to find a good place to get a pedicure. I had a really good place but the service started declining and their hours no longer fit with my schedule. I was pensive, to say the least, about trying a new place. I have had negative experiences in the past. Everything from being flat out denied service to being fat-shamed. But after reading the reviews for this location, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. First, I was a walk-in for a pedicure 30 minutes before they closed and they still took me. They could have asked me to make an appointment and come back another day, but they didn't. They did my pedicure even though it would take past closing. Second, Anna was my technician and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. She asked me how I would be most comfortable with every change in position in the entire process. I've never had that before. I'm used to technicians - even the nice ones - asking me if I can move into a position that would make things easier on them, not me. This was an involved pedicure. I went for the organic scrub, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and callus removal. Every step of the way Anna was kind and professional, making sure I was comfortable, not in pain, and treated with respect! To top it all off, all of these services cost me less than $45. The cherry on top will send me back? They are open on Sundays, my only afternoon off.

There are NO WORD’s to describe how AMAZING I felt, after having Larry do a complete spa pedicure on my feet! If you knew my health conditions, and the condition of my feet when I sat down, then I guarantee you would be as impressed as I was during the entire experience! But it didn’t end there! I also had a full set done, and left the design that I described up to my other favorite Technician named Queeny! The personal attention that I received from both of them leaves me speechless, because the experience I received from them there are NO WORD’s that can describe the way they made me feel once they were done!! I have been to countless salons throughout California & Arizona, and I guarantee if you meet them you will know exactly the same way!! I will NEVER use anyone else but them….If they are busy, schedule an appointment or if you have to wait until the following day to get in then I recommend that you wait, I promise you will be glad you did!! They are now a part of my family & I SINCERELY LOVE their entire staff (family)…..Aprilā¤ļø

I went in to this location about 20 minutes before closing to get a pedicure. I was aware that it was close to closing time so I already had it in my mind to give a good tip in return. The first strike was when I walked in and the lady working looked up at me with a look of disgust in her face as if she didn't want to do anymore pedicures. If that was the case you don't make it visibly known to the customer. The second strike was when given choices of pedicures I told her that I wanted the $20 package, but she tried to insist that I get the more expensive $48 one which is NOT what I wanted. I told her that I WANTED the $20 package and she seem disgusted once again because I didn't want what she was telling me to get...rule of customer service is you give the customer what THEY want!! So as she's doing the pedi I let her know that I would like to have my toenails clipped real low. She proceeds to tell me "I can't cut them too low because you'll bleed" so I'm thinking to myself "how about you cut them low enough and not make them bleed", but I don't want to be confrontational. That there was her third strike already with me. She then half-asses the job and does a job that I've could've done myself if I wasn't in the mood of not doing it myself. I've had plenty of pedicures to enough that what she did was unacceptable work. I was already in the mindset of giving a $10 tip which would've been a 50% tip for the price of work. After the experience I had I will no longer go there again or refer anyone to use their services if their customer service...
