InWorst customer service ever was trying to use a coupon code that you receive after signing up for deals through text and the lady working the overnight shift told us that it was a scam i showed her the text message and picture which she didn't even look at it was buy a large drink and get a free jumbo jack and keep insisting that the code was invalid due to it being a scam so we asked her to try another code and would not even try it which was for a $1 for curly fries she insisted that she already tried a code and that we only wanted something free really free none of those codes involved something that was free without purchasing or paying a lower amount she finally used another computer to see if the code work which it did and could not understand why she kept saying that it was a fake code now at this point we were trying to pay when we were going to pay cash but had not given anything to her yet and instead decided to pay with a card she said she thought we were paying cash and could not take our card for payment again being difficult and I finally figured out what was the problem with the code she put in a med drink which the coupon specifies that you must purchase a large drink if she would have looked at it instead of giving us this fake code speech she then went around to the front to make our drink when she had made the medium drink right there I'm pretty sure she did something to it and when I brought that up she then started going off saying we ate bad people and that why we are thinking that way she went on to say that the machine was getting cleaned no one was cleaning anything I literally want this person Fired someone needs to look at those cameras because that is not how customers should get treat she knew how she was being and wanted to record this so that we could send this to corporate and she said I couldn't I mean who else is going to believe this horrible behavior I will never go back. But she should get another job and if she did spit or so something to that drink she has another thing coming of course after that I paid for something I threw away.. what would...

My fiance ordered a big order worth over $30 in the drive through one evening and when he tried carrying 2 big bags and 2 large drinks (with no carry out case) into home, the drinks spelled all over him and he had to quickly dropped everything on the floor because both extremely thin bags stuffed with food tore apart. We were able to salvage only 1 sandwich to eat! I went back there with pictures and receipt to ask for a refund because my fiance was too angry to talk to them but only the employees were there and they said they will call the manager. I waited almost an hour but no manager! Then they told me she will come in the morning. I am a busy person and so I called the next morning and several mornings but their phone was either busy or it hung up on me. That was when I wrote to this woman in corporate online and she asked for pictures and receipt which I sent her. I thought she would contact the manager there for me and will give me a refund, again no reply. Then finally about a month later I called up this store again and the manager said she had never heard of this incident or complaint for a refund but she'll call this corporate manager and will call me back for a refund. Again, it has been months and months now and nothing happened. These people lied about giving you a refund once you leave their premises. Good luck waiting around for the lies they are telling you! Nobody should come here because who knows what else they are lying to us!!!

Update: I will try to fill out their forms again online. Because I got busy and couldn't do it. I don't want to waste my time again but I will give them another chance to fix...

At the beginning of my visit inside your store the employee was rude while taking my order. And for whatever reason shakes were unavailable. But, that's not even the biggest issue. Somehow your credit system was processing my bank card for MINUTES while I stood @ the counter waiting for it to process. Then the system rebooted it seemed & I assumed my transaction was canceled. From there I gladly paid cash to avoid any further delay. After receiving my food & leaving the store I checked my account to find I was charged through my card! That means I paid double!!! So, I returned asking for a refund & the staff responded by saying the transaction was canceled. They offered a receipt paper with said managers number scribbled on it after I asked who to speak to. When I returned home I found that the ham on my breakfast jack was uncooked, and that both my eggroll & ultimate cheeseburger were WAY OVERCOOKED and probably old. Doesn't surprise me after witnessing the cashier using the same gloves she uses on cash register to handle food! Been here before and never had an experience like this. I will be contacting your district supervisors if my bank account is not refunded. Have a great day!
