Jamba — Restaurant in Phoenix

I ordered pick up before hand because I was exhausted and on my way home. I arrived at exactly the time my order was supposed to be ready. I waited for ten minutes before they started making my smoothies. Then, when they were presented, they had made 2 smalls and one medium, but I had ordered 3 mediums. I pointed this out and they had to remake them. Another several minutes passed. Two of my smoothies were pink, but different orders. So I asked which one was which. There was a disagreement between the employees as to which one was plant based and which one was dairy based (a big deal when you can’t have dairy). The more senior employee gave what appeared to be the final word, but i promptly forgot because they were not labeled. So, a good 20 minutes later (30 after I initially ordered) I walked out with some confusion. There were two people there, in the store, waiting when I got there and were still waiting when I left: I’m wondering whether they are properly staffed. Since the original small smoothies were just dumped into the blender to be made into medium smoothies, I am curious about the consistency. Anyway, I will probably try a different location next time. Or order the ingredients from a grocery store, have them delivered and make them at home, since three smoothies were $30 and it may end up being the same amount...

This location is very nice, & quite a bit larger, than the other shops; it's next to BevMo in the back, near the roundabout, in Norterra shops. Even w/ that info, it's quite hard to just see, cause the front sign is tiny & pushed up next to a stucco popout, from the other store, so it hides the sign; in addition, the tree branches diminish visibility.

Once found though, & entered, it's great! Smells great + very bright inside. You walk to the back to order, then pick up your drinks at the counter, up front. There's two sitting tables inside, & maybe two more, outside?...but like usually at Jamba Juice, take your drinks & skeddadle!

Art on the walls & fresh bright colors, paired w/ prompt & friendly employees, make this a recommended JJ location! Since also it's in Noterra, you can drink your smoothie juice, walking around to shop there, or cross the street to the other side of Happy Valley, for more shops. I took some...

I’ve been here a few times and this location was actually the first one I’ve ever tried Jamba at a while ago… Anyways, I came in right at opening because I happened to be up on an early morning walk and I live close by. This morning, Maddy [I’m not sure how she spells her name sorry] was very chill about helping me redeem my points as I just got the app as I was just coming.
