You went to a takeout only COVID nonsense atmosphere in 2023!!! you took everything that was great about your old location and threw it away. I don't know what you thought made you think thats what people were asking for this. This is a big waste of time and a disappointment. My wife and I used to go here for dates but not no longer. We're boycotting you. We will never do service with you again. The fact that you don't care about what made you great your company is going to fail as other customers has said the drink bar is gone. The salad bar gone is now take your food and eat somewhere else which that's not very friendly to your customers or...

Jasons Deli Express misses the mark. there is no salad bar. Salads are made in the back - it’s more like a small convenience store with bottled drinks to grab in a case up front and sandwiches made to go only ~ there is no dine in. The broccoli salad is really just broccoli. When I ordered pasta salad, I wasn’t expecting it to be thrown all over my actual lettuce salad🤣 and those sliced garlic Crostini‘s at this location are horrible! (Note the pic below) The Phoenix location is worth the drive ! Give Metro location a try ! Also, be sure to check the dates if you get a dessert because all of the desserts in the case today...

Ice cream machine for soft ice cream cones is gone as is the salad bar. This is take out only now. The chicken panini was good with a fair amount of ingredients. Problem is that the bread is grilled but the chicken is not heated & mozzarella is not melted. Both were room temp. So it seems the bread was grilled without the contents inside.
