Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Phoenix

EVERYTIME I come to this Jimmy John's they ALWAYS get my order completely wrong. I was about to order each sandwich separately so it wasn't so much in one order, they get really confused when you ask for things on your sandwich. I think because you have to tell them at the register all you want on your sandwich gets the confusion. I asked for two sandwiches on bread (wheat bread, regular bread- not a sub roll). One was a turkey bacon club with no tomato on extra lettuce, another one was a veggie with extra lettuce, extra pickle and extra peppers I got none of that and it was put on a roll instead. Maybe instead of having it the "jimmy way" they should ask customers what they would like on there sandwich and with what kind of bread. And make sure they put it in the ticket, read the order back. Went out of town on a fishing trip and expected to dig in a delish sandwich and I got this instead. My son just ended up throwing his a way all together....

I've eaten there dozens of times and had them deliver to my home a number of times. All I've got to say is these guys rock! The sandwiches are always consistent and the best I've had. I've even gotten in and out of there faster than any other sandwich shop when they are slammed at lunch time.

I can also say I've been in other Jimmy Johns in Mesa. So far each one I've been in has been the same. Damn good food and fast. If I had one complaint it would only be the music in all locations is pretty loud. I get that it's a trademark thing but I'd take the volume down just about 10%.

I don't know what they pay these guys that work there but they continue to be some of the best "I've" seen in fast the fast food industry. What ever Jimmy Johns is doing I hope they keep it up and thanks to all the employees...

Went in today and ordered a #8 the Billy Club. I just ordered it as it comes and they didn’t put the Dijon mustard on it. One of the main reasons I ordered this sandwich was because of the combination of meats, veggies and sauces. How do you work in a sandwich place and not know how to assemble the sandwiches properly? How? $9 for a sandwich and they can’t make it according to their own menu. That’s incompetence on a new level. I am so done with JJ’s. $9 for just a sandwich. It really makes me mad because I go on my lunch break and you know what I am doing when I’m not on lunch? My job, and I’m going it properly. Do yours. $9! For just a sandwich and they couldn’t...
