Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Phoenix

Love me some Jimmy Johns, however this location has to be the worst that I have ever visited (being an avid national traveler.) Bad service, horrible communication, no response to feedback or phone calls regarding a bad experience. They neglected to verify that an online order was complete, leaving me in the parking lot waiting for the indication on their order platform. Arriving home, I found that the order was incorrect. they would not pick up my call or return my message. They later called and left a message stating that they had to throw away my order because I did not retrieve it and I would still be charged. i became somewhat ill after consuming the incorrect meal for about 6-hours. I spent $30 on a single combo meal and one additional sandwich, which is astronomical on its own. I asked for no tomatoes, but they were still included. I ordered a combo, but there were no chips. I chose the bacon chicken ranch, yet there was no bacon on the sandwich. I even asked for both sandwiches to be cut, and that was ignored as well. On top of all that, I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes—with no cars ahead of me. Jimmy John’s used to be known for being quick and accurate, but unfortunately, this visit was neither. I'm a sub person, will go anywhere for a good sub. I used the drive thru, which is so convenient, I love that this location has one. I did have a minor issue with the bacon on my sandwich (as I didn't realize it's served cold, my mistake), but I spoke to the GM (Alex) who was very kind and resolved my issue right away. He really does care about the customer, and this is rare these days.

Anyway, if you want a cold sub, I recommend the Italian Night Club, you can't go wrong, it's a classic. Or they have the toasted version called the Ultimate Italian if you like the warm subs. Either is delicious. This location also has the potato salad, very fresh and...
