Horrible customer service! Dirty location that smelled like sewage. I went to pick up an order when I got there I went through the drive thru, since most places lobby isn't open after, and told the lady in the green I'm picking up an order. I informed her of my order and order number, she confidently said, "oh yes! Please pull around." I got to the window and informed the lady at the window (who's in green) that I was the one who was picking up rhe order. She said, "ok." And started to hand me someone else's order. I informed her this isnt what was ordered and showed her what was order, which she replied, "oh you must be at the wrong location." I informed her I wasn't and thought that maybe it could happened I doubled checked. I showed her I wasnt at the wrong location and that the order was placed here, she just said "oh" and walked away. Only to come back to the window 4 mins later shocked that I was still there. I asked her if the order was ready she replied, "I think youre at the wrong location; we don't have your order." With people behind me I parked in the parking lot went inside to help her understand. Once inside the lady in green avoided eye contact answered a phone and completely ignored me. Confused the lady in black greeted me. I informed her of what was happening and she went to check the order list. She then brought over the tablet to show me the orders. My order was 744 she showed me order 740, 741, 742, 743 and 745 and said there was no 744. I asked how is it possible that your system just shoot over 744 and continued from 745 unto 746 and 747. She didn't reply. After her trying to explain (which it was her just saying repetitively I dont know where your order is) she too ignored me. I asked her and the lady in green if there was anyway to make the order, Two people came in after me and were helped as well as the people in the drive thru while I was standing there waiting. After 5-8 mins the lady in black came up to me and said I dont know. After all this she finally made the order, but while doing so her and the lady were saying inapporiate comments in Spanish assuming I was ingorate on the language. I will be telling a lot of people about this place and submitting a complaint to the food and services health department. Would never eat here even if someone else said they...

I decided to change things up and get a salad since it was amazing the last time I got one. I just poured half a cup of water out of the bottom of the salad. Ever eat a salad drenched in water? Soupy salad is really disgusting. In addition to a salad soup my husband ordered ham and potatoes for our son, verifying over and over that there should be no eggs. Just ham. And potatoes. They put eggs in it for funsies. My 3 year old if anaphylactic to eggs. Staff laziness could have cost us an ER trip with a toddler whose throat was closing. That alone is unacceptable.
