KFC — Restaurant in Phoenix

Poor customer service, unknowledgable woman working drive thru. Cannot run two cards on one computer. Got home to find our Famous Bowl $5 fill up was made incorrectly, did not have cookie. Ordered two Smokey Mountain Barbeque baskets, one entire basket of chicken was missing - the side, mashed potatoes, was in the bag, the biscuit was not. The Famous Bowl was ordered specifically with the Chicken on the side - the Chicken was still in the bowl..... all of that is necessary to fully list because they also gave no receipt soooo NO ONE WANTED TO BELIEVE THAT THEY COULD HAVE MESSED UP that BAD when my friend went through the drive thru to complain. Made him repeat himself multiple times as if he was LYING when the food wasn't even for him!!! it is not like he's proficient in what exactly everyone ordered off the top of his head, but he still did it!! After having to explain to multiple people, eventually escalating to the "manager" we managed to get the missing chicken basket and cookie, and are still not happy. Not because we are hard to please, but because it should have been right from the start - and when it wasn't, we should have been taken care of much differently. I hope an ACTUAL...

No customer service at all! They take your order give you no number randomly call names but not always other customers are given the wrong orders and don't keep track of what is ordered. I placed an order was told 15 minute wait for chicken, 30 minutes later nothing. The cashier kept saying someone will help you she kept repeating my order to the worker who was serving the orders. That worker kept coming up to me asking me what did you who did you order it from did you pay while the cashier is answering for me saying I took the order she paid she has been waiting.... I was waiting at this point point for 45 minutes on chicken (which is the only thing they serve)! I was ready to let it go but then they said one of your sides is not ready it will be another 15 minute wait, at that point I lost it and asked for my money back. The manager didn't even acknowledge me there was no apology for the wait no effort was made to assist in any way and there was a long line of customers waiting for chicken at the chicken place, I will never be returning...

I’m a usual at this kfc but I don’t think I’ve ever seen it this disorganized, ordered two famous bowls with fries and a couple biscuits and came to the drive thru waited 3-4 minutes for someone to acknowledge and nobody said anything, I pulled up to the window and let them know I had a mobile order and they told me to park up front and wait and I literally waited 25 minutes for my order, never came to my car, so I went in and told them I was still waiting, and when I got my order they forgot the fries and I had to go back in again, I get if it gets busy but be more organized and efficient with getting the food out to the customers in a proper time because I also saw customers who ordered after me that got they’re food before me, I work at a restaurant that has a line out the door everyday at lunch and work with a short handed crew, these guys had enough people, I don’t understand why it took half an hour for a couple bowls and fries, kinda hesitant to even come back after this to be...
