I came there this evening, ordered from Kiosk as a rewards member...was not given a receipt at Kiosk. Asked to eat in First the staff didn't want to deliver food. Called out order several times. When I intentionally didn't move, they were forced to bring to table. ..after person brought a bag of food instead of a tray, I walked back to counter and asked for receipt. Was told it's in the bag. ..all that was there was the sticker that is normal from back of house. ...I go back up and ask for a receipt also ask for my drink that was missed. Was told to fill it up on my own instead of them providing with table service . Got dirty look attitude from girl in red shirt who was the shift manager. ....then I pull my French fries out ofbag and it was 3/4th full. So, again I go back up to counter and confront the manager. She gives me new fries with an absolute attitude. ..I let her know to not have an attitude.
About 15 minutes later I asked for a to go bag so I can go back to my room with leftover food. She ignores me twice and then acknowledges me. ..she hands me the bag with still an attitude. I tell her don't be racist because I'm white and the cashier chimes in she's not racist. . obviously they talked about me and the issue before that. ..this cashier is the same guy who likes to disrespect other white customers that walk in there recently.

Read moreUsually I would give Mc Donald's a 5/5 star since I'm a regular customer and go there on a day to day bases but based on the poor service I received I feel like they deserve a 1 star. McDonald's employees and manager had poor customer service and management skills. Moments just after I had paid for my food in the drive thru the McDonald's employee asked me to wait in parking lot, I politely let the employee know that I was in a hurry and couldn't do so. The McDonalds employee proceeded to try to pull my car over into the parking lot. An manager was called and she continued to try to make me pull into the parking lot. I was told I was being pulled because they needed to finish making other customers orders in the drive-thru however when we parked in the parking lot we saw there were no cars in the drive-thru. I feel as though the entire situation could've been avoided if the staff would have just been understanding of the customer, also as long as it took with the constant arguing I feel as though my order could've been brought out while I was in the drive-thru. This incident occurred at 6:58pm and I hope to see a change soon...
Read moreWent there Tuesday morning, ordered through the drive-thu when I pulled up to the window I asked if I could add on a large coffee, in the commuite of taking kids to school I forgot to order the one thing I wanted the lady was super nice about added it on ...but when I pulled up to the 2nd window the (assist manager) was rude as soon as I pulled up, she just handed me my bags without saying anything... I thought ok its early morning there trying to hurry up the line ..understandable..i asked her I also ordered a coffee ..her words I don't see it on the screen .....here and there after back in forth with her after I had already paid for it she hands it to me half open thank god I didn't burn myself I asked for her name.... Because I felt at that point I wanted to put a complaint...she didn't not give it to me and said instead talk to the other manager. She on the other hand was so sweet prefect customer service asked if I was burned made sure I was satified with everything over all I won't go back until they re-train.
