McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

My husband and I were visiting Scottsdale for a week, and on our way to our resort, we stopped to grab lunch before checking in. This restaurant was extremely clean, and the staff were so friendly. When purchasing our meal, our receipt had a meal special on your next visit for going online to complete a survey. For fun, we did the survey, and returned the next day. Pleasantly to our surprise, the staff were just as friendly, and all the employees seemed to enjoy each other. Not one person was standing around; everyone was happily cleaning, preparing food, or checking on customer satisfaction. We don't normally eat out often, but thought, what the heck, let's keep filling out surveys. Well, we did this five times during our stay, and every single time the place was spotless, the employees were joking with each other and the customers. This is a clean and convenient McDonalds. The location is easily accessed directly from Bell or 64th st. The food is to be expected, and the service at this location has always been friendly.

Recently (JULY 2018) this location has had an overhaul to the building. They are now a more up to date and trendy facade, with a fresh coat of paint to bring them into the last half of the current year.

This is almost a daily stop for my family as this is a reward for my autistic son's achievements. Thanks to this location being a stable establishment that welcomes the surrounding community, my son is able to have a routine he can count on as this location is always there to serve.

Sadly, this location has only a single issue that lost them a star: The milkshake/ice cream machine like many McDonalds is not always available due to breakdowns, maintenance, or out stock. This is not a deal breaker for most, so add the star back if ice cream is not on your...

Went to the drive-thru today ordered two MC cheeseburgers and two chicken sandwiches. This is about 10:45 in the morning. Everybody standing around inside including the manager who was on her phone while all the other employees were watching her. All the while they said the patties weren't ready so please pull forward. I did so and then walked inside and wash that manager do something on her phone for a long time didn't pay any attention to anybody including the employees. My food was ready to go and sitting in front of her but because she was on her phone she didn't put the stuff in the bag and hand it out for at least 30 seconds.
