I wouldn't recommend this location to go to. There was another lady who was upset while I was there because of their selection of food. Once she left they started suaring in Spanish about her. When I was getting up to leave I noticed that they were sitting down at a table and eating a pizza and socializing. I approached asking if they washed their hands before serving my family and myself. After I asked this they tryed to get me to leave and go away with them not taking me seriously saying "of course" . I then proceeded to ask them if they were on break which they replied with no. I went back two days later to see if circumstances were any better and they weren't. This time however I went in to see if the bathroom was dirty or not. It had looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The food was lukewarm by the time we had sat down to eat. The Steak was overcooked as it was chewy and hard to eat. They ran out of egg rolls and only had one, no big deal. However when you order egg rolls you are served two. The employees had promised us that they would get us the other one as soon as it was ready. Five minutes before we left we had to ask for it as we saw the chef put them at the counter ten minutes before. I called back later to ask for the names of the workers who were working that night as I was sending a letter to the Panda Express corporate office. They gave me the names of the workers but told me I was not allowed to take the photos I took of their restaurant and their workers ( when they were relaxing and socializing during their shift ). However I am allowed and protected under the First Amendment. Read moreWorst chain I have been to by far. I came to pickup a Doordash order, when I arrived I went to the pickup area to discover they didn't even start the dish and did not have it waiting. Injury to insult they had ran out of honey walnut shrimp (part of the order), even worse they attended 4 other people and when one finally asked for honey walnut shrimp they finished attending the rest of the line then went to go make more. What was I waiting for?! I quickly unassigned the order and left since a hit to my completion rate would be less devastating than a late delivery a 1 star rating etc. My advice to management, have those online orders ready to go!
