My daughter is a frequent client, she stops there every day because her little one kindergarten is close to there,. So she waits for the time to drop him off, she consumes at the place, so today wasn't the exception, we went there ordered at 9:28 am, and waited at the play place because of the kids, as you can see on the receipt we had a lil big large order, it was around 9:55 am.. still waiting for our order, and the janitor lady told us they were going to close the play area, I told her it wasn't fair that we have been waiting for our food, and the kids were playing, she said because they are going to have a meeting there, I told her we are customers you cannot kick us just like that, you should have closed it earlier and we had gone somewhere else, but we ordered and still waiting, so three other people came in the play space and told us SORRY THE PLAY IS CLOSED, and I told her "there are meeting rooms" or choose another place or wait for the last customer to go, she said we don't have one SORRY with a BIG SMILE you have to get out, so they kicked us out of the play space, how come EMPLOYEES ARE FIRST NO CUSTOMERS, they have that job because the customers no just because, they had a box with uniforms and some new hats, but they were just chilling inside. No really working, so a lady that I think was interviewing for hiring heard me saying that EMPLOYEES ARE FIRST NOT CUSTOMERS, She got up and asked me what was going on, I explained to her she said she was sorry, She saw my receipt and she was going to refund some of the money for the waiting, that was not the point, we are frequent customers, they have to respect us and all customers it is a win win we have a place to relax and the kids play and they have a job. If they needed that place for their meeting they should have closed it earlier so the last customer leave without problems. And not kicking out ppl. Read moreMost DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER I’ve ever dealt with. I’m a Disabled Veteran and I pulled until this McDonalds and ordered for my girlfriend and two boys. I asked politely if they had Military discount and the girl said NO extremely rude, this was the first incident. After pulling to the window the girl took the payment never said a word or asked if we needed a receipt just grabbed the card and took payment then handed it back and closed the window. When we got our food at the second window the supervisor never repeated the order, we were missing two items. I said politely ma’am we are missing two items, she could barely speak English she said to my girlfriend who is Mexican you need to pay for the two items in which my girlfriend told her in Spanish we ordered them and no one repeated the order and that’s not our fault. The supervisor was extremely rude and immature which could have been an easy apology and got the two items and we would have been on our way instead she demanded we pay and continued to make comments to other employees in Spanish. I asked her to please speak English again in which she barely could speak. I said we will just call the corporate office and she said call them and pointed to the number and closed the window RUDELY! So we were sitting calling the number and a nice young man working there came to the window with the two items and the Mexican lady supervisor told him NO! He said I will just pay for them in which I did not want him to do!! It was the point that the supervisor should have taken responsibility! That boy should be running the store and not that lady! I will never return to this location and I run a Veteran organization with several hundred people I will inform them of the treatment and location in which we were treated horrible! Read moreAt this particular McDonald's usually known for the bums compared to the one on 7th Avenue this one is located on 35th and Van Buren I decided to come in one morning to use my points running low on money so I figure I use them before they are no good anymore I was unable to use it for some reason but I had $8 on my card just enough for a egg McMuffin sausage with cheese A woman walked up to the cashier and said something then he repeated and asked if I wanted hash brown I told the guy that I was trying to get a hash brown using my points but for some reason I keep tapping on it it wasn't going through thankfully they gave me the hash brown I sat and enjoyed my meal as I was sitting there minding my own business I could hear the cashier guy repeating the same order that the customer want it but he wanted mayonnaise on it I love mayonnaise he didn't know how to read the screen he kept pointing at the picture every time IT popped up and kept saying I want that there it is again I want that with mayonnaise on it only then the guy kept giving him different options to choose from but he didn't understand what he was saying he wanted what he wanted the same woman that gave me the free hash brown walked up and explain to the cashier it was acceptable they will put mayonnaise on whichever breakfast sandwich he wanted I thought that was neat they worked as a team they were patient the manager came approved it there were professional it was awesome I wish I could record it at the time but I didn't want to be invading their privacy and that moment the picture I took in shared I didn't realize that you have 30 minutes in the dining area I'm just glad I got to sit and witness sot back and enjoy my meal and be on my way thank you for the great service and the...
