I recently visited my local McDonald's branch, and while the overall experience had its ups and downs, the exceptional customer service ultimately left me satisfied.
To start off, I must say that the food I received was quite tasty. The burgers were delicious, perfectly grilled, and packed with flavor. The patties were juicy, the buns were fresh, and the toppings were generous. It's always a treat to indulge in McDonald's classic burger goodness.
However, my positive experience took a hit when I realized that my order was incomplete. They had forgotten to include both my fries and two of the burgers I had ordered. Naturally, this left me disappointed, as I was eagerly anticipating those items to complete my meal.
Resolute in my decision, I decided to return to the restaurant to rectify the situation. The staff at the counter were helpful and understanding when I explained what had happened. They apologized for the oversight and quickly got to work to make things right. Despite the inconvenience of having to make an extra trip, their willingness to correct the mistake showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Upon receiving my replacement order, I hurried back home, eager to enjoy my meal. Unfortunately, when I unwrapped one of the burgers, I discovered that it was still raw in the center. This was quite unsettling, as it posed a potential health risk.
Concerned, I decided to call the McDonald's store and speak with the manager. I must say, the manager's response was commendable. They listened attentively to my complaint and immediately offered their sincere apologies for the second oversight. Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, the manager promised to re-do my entire order without any further delay.
I was pleasantly surprised when the manager personally supervised the preparation of my replacement meal. They ensured that everything was cooked to perfection and double-checked the order to make sure it was complete. The manager's professionalism and understanding went above and beyond my expectations, leaving me impressed with their dedication to resolving the issue.
Overall, while my visit to McDonald's had some unfortunate hiccups, the excellent customer service provided by the manager made up for the initial mistakes. Their prompt response, understanding attitude, and commitment to rectifying the situation left me feeling valued as a customer. I appreciate their efforts in ensuring that my dining experience ended on a positive note.
I will continue to patronize this McDonald's branch, confident that they will learn from these incidents and strive for even better service...
Read moreFood is surprisingly WARM at this location.. for how long you will wait I would just go somewhere else or atleast a different mcdonalds. I've been told to pull around in parking to wait for 1/2 my order. I was forgotten about and as others started to be served after I have been patiently waiting. I had to call mcdonalds to ask for my order. I was told no problem.. it seemed there was a older woman running the drive thru parking for food. She had a blue tablet running in and out and seemed to know what she was doing. But I also mentioned to her my order was forgotten she seemed a bit rude. Said she needed to verify my purchase and asked for my receipt? What a weird way to ask?? As my burger and fries started to come out. She took them from the fellow employee bringing them out walked them to my car and told me this mcdonalds is used strictly as a training location.. she didn't apologize for the wait or anything.. that's all she said and turned and walked away.. everything was alright but her attitude kinda stunk !!! Mcdonalds please help motivate your employees. Thanks !! Yet again made a HUGE MISTAKE COMING TO THIS MCDONALDS for a quick dinner.. young woman that works drive-thru pink hair very tall and skinny has one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced.. I was taking my order normally until she told me not to speak to her a certain way?? Not sure what I did or said to offend the young woman but I've worked as a waitress for 4 years and then management specifically in customer service for the Home Depot... in other words being a previous service worker I give up most respect.. being there and done that I know there are stressful days but this young woman's attitude and response to me was completely offensive and out of line... I'd HIGHLY suggest the wendys across the street directly!! Or even burger King is just down the way.. even taco bell.. etc.. so many other options please don't go here unless you expect nothing less than disprect and ignorant employees... I suggested in my last review this locations needs to improve employee attitudes and better motivate them. Obviously no manager here is taking any responsibility to see that through... WILL NOT make a mistake and come here again.. wish I could give this place NEGATIVE stars ... actually wish this locations would just close after this experience.. smh what would Ronald...
Read moreLook - something needs to get done about this McDonald’s. TOO MANY bad reviews over the past year but fine I will share my experience I had in person- note this: I’ve lived near this place over 5 years, never had trouble really, however this past year alone has been a HUGE decline in its food and apparently service! A couple weeks ago I came in ordered food via drive thru, very very busy mind you; had to go pull to the front where it was crowded. Waited a while, seen a young girl walk past my car with seemingly my food. Sure enough, she ended up coming to my vehicle , approached me with a ugly look on her face and then complained to me saying with attitude that she can’t see my ticket number that’s all “scrunched” up on my side mirror, let her know their staff placed it, not me 😆 I grabbed my food, went to check it and check for sauces, by the time I looked up she was heading back inside therefore I got out of my vehicle stood at the counter and waited for someone else to come by, she apparently was behind me then said “get out of the walk way” I turned and said excuse you and she then walked past me to go behind the counter. I then saw a manager and called to him and mentioned loudly that the young lady's service was utterly rude and unacceptable, he then chuckled a bit and did not say anything to me no apology or anything and then I heard the young lady state she wasn't being rude and that she asked me to “please move out of the way” and that she didn't demand me to get out of the walk way and continued to talk to make excuses instead of taking accountability so since the manager was being dismissive and chuckled at me instead of acknowledging and assisting me; I then addressed her directly confirming she was indeed very rude to me outside and then inside and that it’s not okay how she is treating me because she may be having a bad day and additionally I let her know I am going through stuff in life and that I am NOT treating anybody that way and let her know she will not disrespect me and talk to me that way etc etc ended it with have a better day and God Bless…. Requested my sauces I asked for at the window and left. Corporate...
