My Tea — Restaurant in Phoenix

02/01/2017 This place quickly became one of my favorites in the valley. For this reason, my fiancé and friends thoughtfully gifted me a bunch of Groupons for more boba! 🤗 However, after the Groupon fiasco that I just encountered, it's going to be a while before I step foot in this establishment ever again. 😒 The lady that helped me kept insisting that my Groupon had expired when the Groupon itself literally says, in caps, "NEVER EXPIRES." The eye roll and mumbling under her breath 'okay whatever' attitude really topped it off. 😓 When the lady went to the back to ask, I guess the guy in charge confirmed that I should and would, in fact, be allowed and able to use the Groupon after all. What a battle this was and a wonderful way to treat a returning customer... 😳 My original rating before today was a 4 almost 5 ⭐️. Today's unnecessarily rude encounter was SO bad, that it dropped my entire rating to a 1. Why would I risk receiving this type of treatment for a cup of tea? 😟

one of my favorite go to milk tea spots in the city !🧋 service is always friendly, they have a great menu, and the vibes inside are chill and fun! I like being able to sit outside. drinks never disappoint. and being able to pick out your own flavors, and adjust the sweetness level to your liking, I feel makes it extra exciting! definitely give it a try if you’re a tea fanatic! The tea here was good, the price point is good. To be great though, you really have to differentiate yourself. They have not done this here. Customer service is sub par. I ordered the mushrooms on their menu and they never managed to materialize after finishing half my drink. I went to kindly ask about them, standing in line behind 2 people who had their drinks made as they were tended to. Finally back at the front of the line I asked about the mushrooms and the csr went to ask the person assisting in the front and back only for the assistant to sat it would be 2 more minutes.
