Scooptopia is an absolute gem! I recently enjoyed a large shaved ice in the Patriot flavor with blue razz, red razz, and lemon instead of the usual coconut. The combination was incredible—refreshing and full of flavor.

The atmosphere inside Scooptopia is equally impressive—cozy and family-oriented, yet cool enough to just hang out and relax. The music was spot-on, creating a chill vibe that added to the overall experience.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Paul, who was extremely friendly and sociable. We ended up talking for about 20 minutes, and his genuine warmth made the experience even better.

I highly recommend this dessert stop! Before I even begin on the quality of the ice cream, my wife and I walked in and were welcomed with authentic joy. The two gals who worked there were helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging, especially when it came to choosing flavors. Speaking of, I ordered Butter beer flavor with Thai tea ice cream on top. The Thai tea tasted exactly as the drink and we were informed it was brewed for the ice cream specifically. The butter beer flavor tasted just like caramel praline without the pralines and was my favorite of the two. My wife had cookie monster (cotton candy ice cream with oreos) and cookies and cream which were also both delicious. We had a craving for ice cream and landed on trying Scooptopia. Phoenix in August is not always set for sitting outside, so we were thrilled that Scooptopia has very comfortable seating! I tried the specially made vanilla and chocolate, perhaps not too adventurous, but it was a great choice! Wonderfully creamy with subtle vanilla richness paired well with the velvety chocolate. My friend tried a special ice cream that included pistachio and a few other ingredients, he was very happy. They do have other treats included on a small food menu. Some examples that do not define the menu are filipino rice dishes. Parking was iffy on our mid week, mid day stop, but we were very grateful for choosing Scooptopia.
