Two stars for great food. Minus 3 for service. So after I got my food, I wanted to get a soda bottle but the one I wanted were all warm, even the ones in the back. So I settled for a “cool” Sierra Mist”. The very tired looking cashier on her phone clearly saw me trying to find a cold one but she didn’t do anything. Which is okay. I’m sure if she had some cold ones in the back she would’ve offered. I mean, she was literally, but slowly, stocking more warm ones as I was looking. Well, a few minutes after I sat down and started eating, some guy was making comments how all the drinks are warm and she grabbed him a cold one from the back fridge. Understandably, this made me a bit upset. If there’s cold drinks in the back, why isn’t she rotating them with the warm ones in the front?! Guess she was too busy on texting her phone to provide a good customer experience. I hope management sees this so they can better manage/train their employees to provide a better service.
P. S. I know it’s not their fault but there is also very limited seating. About 22 seats. But realistically, about half that because people take up seats with their bags. And this is a terminal with 100s of people coming through every couple hours. I’m sure this has had to be a issue for a long time. Again, not pandas fault, but expect little to no seating. Three months ago I ate there and thought it was actually decent but this time I felt ripped off. I asked for the firecracker shrimp and got mostly chili peppers which shouldn’t be served to customers, but rather used only to season. Plus a ton of onions and bell peppers.
There were hardly any shrimp, maybe three total. It was a joke so I paid extra for it (which wasn’t made clear when I ordered) and hardly received any shrimp. They should be embarrassed. Almost $10 for white rice, three shrimp and inedible filler ingredients. Not even a drink included.

She called out NEXT while the gentleman that she just finished helping was trying to gather his food and wallet and I felt so bad for him because the cashier was rushing him off and didnt give him time to grab his belongings after paying.
