Panda Express in Terminal 4 is located at Gate A. It’s all the way down on the right if you’re looking for it. Three months ago I ate there and thought it was actually decent but this time I felt ripped off. I asked for the firecracker shrimp and got mostly chili peppers which shouldn’t be served to customers, but rather used only to season. Plus a ton of onions and bell peppers. There were hardly any shrimp, maybe three total. It was a joke so I paid extra for it (which wasn’t made clear when I ordered) and hardly received any shrimp. They should be embarrassed. Almost $10 for white rice, three shrimp and inedible filler ingredients. Not even a drink included. Definitely won’t return next time. I was also disappointed they don’t have lower sodium soy sauce and hot mustard.

Quisiera compartir mi desafortunada experiencia el día de hoy de fui a comprar comida después de mi vuelo y la cajera que me atendió fue extremadamente grosera. Además, cuando intenté escanear mi código de rewards con mi teléfono, me dijo de manera despectiva que no tenían ese programa. Esto me sorprendió, ya que había utilizado el mismo código en otras sucursales sin problema. Me sentí discriminada y menospreciada, y esta experiencia me dejó un mal sabor de boca. Es muy decepcionante recibir este tipo de trato en un lugar donde se espera un servicio al cliente justo y profesional. Espero que la administración tome medidas para mejorar la capacitación de su personal y asegurar que todos los clientes sean tratados con el respeto y la cortesía que merecen. I was ready for my Panda meal after a long fly and while waiting for another one. I went from B19 to A4 to order a plate of rice and noodles with shrimps and mushroom chicken. Shrimps were soaking with oil, rice was extremely undercooked, I could not swallow it. This is not the first time I got this kind of meal - don’t staff know how to check if the rice is cooked or not, or at least warn the customer not to order it and cook a new one?

Two stars for great food. Minus 3 for service. So after I got my food, I wanted to get a soda bottle but the one I wanted were all warm, even the ones in the back. So I settled for a “cool” Sierra Mist”. The very tired looking cashier on her phone clearly saw me trying to find a cold one but she didn’t do anything. Which is okay. I’m sure if she had some cold ones in the back she would’ve offered. I mean, she was literally, but slowly, stocking more warm ones as I was looking. Well, a few minutes after I sat down and started eating, some guy was making comments how all the drinks are warm and she grabbed him a cold one from the back fridge. Understandably, this made me a bit upset. If there’s cold drinks in the back, why isn’t she rotating them with the warm ones in the front?! Guess she was too busy on texting her phone to provide a good customer experience. I hope management sees this so they can better manage/train their employees to provide a better service.

P. S. I know it’s not their fault but there is also very limited seating. About 22 seats. But realistically, about half that because people take up seats with their bags. And this is a terminal with 100s of people coming through every couple hours. I’m sure this has had to be a issue for a long time. Again, not pandas fault, but expect little to no seating. Hope you don’t mind having to eat off your lap...

Cashier was extremely RUDE, her name was Ciara. She called out NEXT while the gentleman that she just finished helping was trying to gather his food and wallet and I felt so bad for him because the cashier was rushing him off and didnt give him time to grab his belongings after paying. I purposely waited til he walked away and then I politely pointed it out to the cashier and she RUDELY snapped back at me and says "Were trained to multitask", I replied that I understand that but you should also be trained to offer quality service to ur customers and that does NOT involve rushing off a customer. I also want to point out that there was nobody behind me in line...so it wasnt like there was this long line of customers that she needed to speed through. She was...
