I recently joined FBBC after many months of zero motivation to get back into a gym. I didn't know what I was in for but after my first workout I knew that this was the place. I absolutely love it here! I've had so many great encounters with the coaches and other members. I like knowing what I'm working out and how to do it properly. Decided to give FBBC a try and I’m so happy I did! I’ve been attending classes for 2 months now and already see results. Each workout is unique, fun and very effective. The environment at the Tempe location is always welcoming, friendly and judgment-free! Coach Dan and Coach Paris have been super motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging.
