If anyone reads this I’d like you to look at the photo and ask yourself if you’d pay $25 for that. I’d imagine most people would agree not. I had walked in the day before Thanksgiving to get two pumpkin pies and was never told that they were “ginger” pumpkin pies. It wasn’t until I was home that I opened the boxes and saw both pies with finger prints and burnt completely. When I called to get a refund or exchange for new ones, I was thrown through hoops and blamed for not knowing it was a ginger pumpkin pie. I was told I could only send my bank statement to get a refund. All of this for two pies totaling $60. The lesson in all of this? Just go to Costco for a pumpkin pie.

Oh. My. Goodness. The best chocolate cream pie I’ve ever had in my life! Their blueberry pina colada is also amazing. Being right off of Indian School Rd, I’ve driven past this place at least a hundred times but I’m so glad I finally decided to stop in. This quant little shop does not disappoint in the slightest - they really know what they’re doing here. Can’t wait to come back!

Delicious pies, the kind you want to say you baked but no one would believe you because they were so good! We ordered several for a get-together the next day. A word of advice. Order in advance. We should have done so as they had already sold a few of the pies we wanted. The Cherry pie was well received & served warm a-la-mode. Yum, yum.

I am writing this review because I was encouraged to do so by a disgruntled employee that I encountered today as my first visit to this establishment. I guess not only the pies are "snobs" but that goes to the attitude of the unprofessional personnel employed there. With arrogant defiance, she said to "Go ahead and write a bad review! It's my last day here, so I don't care!" The hostility I encountered was cheered on by the manager as I was in disbelief of how I was being treated. I called first, as I had questions regarding the location and just to make sure it was open today. The call was done practically two minutes away from getting there as I was by the Bosa Donuts parking lot. When I arrived the parking lot was empty and when I entered the store two young ladies were SITTING behind the counter and there were no customers inside. I entered and just let them know it was my first visit and that I was wanting to know if they sold pies by the slice (as in their Instagram page which I follow gives you both options). "Sydney," said that they did not have any pies by the slice because of the Holidays and right from the get-go she was super rude. I asked them why they did not answer the phone as I had traveled from a distance and that could have saved me the trip. Well, that did not sit well with this angry employee and started telling me that they had sold "hundreds of pies today" It was noon and they open at 10:00 am - slight exaggeration. When I questioned her attitude, she told me that "If I did not like it I could leave." I was in complete disbelief as there was another girl there (Mandy) and she proceeded to inform me she was the manager and did not defuse the situation at all! I asked for the owner's information and she said that she would not be back until January 8th but as you can imagine I could not wait until then to let the owner know of the unprofessional conduct of your employees. I went in to buy some pies but what I got was a whole lot of attitude. The moral of the story here is that you should not always support local businesses if this is the sort of behavior they are going to display to the customers in our community. Thank you, AJ's and Wholefoods, for providing your customers with dignity and respect when visiting your establishments. This is the reason why local businesses are swallowed up by greater and bigger...

The pies are always delicious however, their customer service is absolutely horrible. When my work has a function, often times, my team will ask me to bring a pie from pie snob. Well, in the past I guess that I made arrangements for an early pick up. This time I ordered online and found that they do not open until 10:00am. Well, this is not convenient at all. I need to pick the pie up on my way to the office. Well, I knocked on the glass at 9:00am, there were 2 women on the store, it was obvious that they were unloading stuff through the back door. Well, I asked, through the glass, if I could pick my pie up. The woman with the brown hair was cranky and unkind and she just shook her had no, no, no. I literally sat in my car in front of the store for 40 minutes. I then knocked on the door again, this time a blonde woman opened the door. I told her that I had a pie ordered and paid for that should be ready for pick up. She explained that they had just unloaded the pies, I guess they are not baked there. She took my name and several minutes later she brought me my pie. Honestly, they always make me feel like I should feel honored that I have the opportunity to buy a $26.00 pie. Well, we do enjoy the pies but, I believe that I shall start looking for other delicious pies in the valley. So sad, these people make one feel absolutely terrible. The employees are...

We were really bummed about our experience tonight.. We opted out of dessert at the restaurant we dined at so we could come try Pie Snob for our first time. We came in at 7:20 and the person working seemed so annoyed that we had come in 40 minutes before closing, she told us (and the couple who came in after us) in multiple ways that they close at 8 making both us and the other couple feel that we had to say we'd eat fast even though we still had a full 30 minutes until closing. The whole experience from start to finish was very uncomfortable and made us feel unwelcome. We're big pie people and we felt like we couldn't enjoy our dessert because it was so awkward in there. Really...
