If you like delicious food, genuine hospitality, and a little taste of Italy, you need to dine in at Sogno Toscano. I instantly felt transported back to Florence as soon as I sat down. Not only do they have an extensive wine list, but there is a great selection of spritzes and cocktails. I ordered the spaghetti pomodoro (I asked for extra extra Parmesan) and it was truly incredible. The food is top tier and you can tell they are intentional about the quality and ingredients. I had an amazing dining experience at this new Italian restaurant in Arcadia. We started with several appetizers, and every single one was spectacular. The artichoke salad was fresh and flavorful, the bruschetta was spot on, and the carpaccio was absolutely delicious.

Then came the tagliatelle al tartufo, which ended up being the best pasta I’ve had in the United States. Perfectly cooked, rich, and full of authentic truffle flavor.

For dessert, we decided to share some of them: The cannolo was excellent, the tiramisù was perfectly creamy, and there was a focaccia-style dessert with Nutella that was absolutely unforgettable.

Sogno Toscano’s new Arcadia location completely impressed me. The moment I walked in, I felt like I’d stepped into a cozy corner of Italy! It’s warm, inviting, and absolutely stunning.
