Make sure you check your order completely , I ordered carne asada fry’s with adobada and when I got home I had a different meat than the one I ordered. When I got home 20 miles away I sat down and was ready to eat when I saw what they had given to me was not what I ordered, I was disappointed If your like me that ruined the mood all together, and I wasn’t even hungry anymore , I called and they told me that the only thing they can do is replace it if I brought it back ! Well , if you live 20 miles from the store your not gonna go back at 11:00 pm to get a swap on the mistake they created.I stopped there again today and asked if they can do something like discount and the guy working the window said NO ! What kind of business doesn’t want to take care of their customers? So it’s so sad I will never stop here again I will not contribute to their business if they aren’t willing to take care of me . And I don’t want anything for free a simple I’m sorry sir would have taken care of it . So sad ! Customers are the reason your open...

I’ve been eating here since I was a kid, I’m 30 now. This place really disappointed me. The past 6 times of come, horrible food for some reason. They have been messing up my orders when I’m a REGULAR, all the employees know my face. Gave me a drink with a hole in my cup, no napkins, no utensils. Ordered a crane asada taco one time and got a fish taco. The pas couple time I ordered the rolled tacos and they just put a clump of cheese in the middle, doesn’t even cover my rolled tacos. The rice is A1, never had any issues but the beans a garbage. This place use to be so good, would eat here 3 times sometimes 4 times a week… I’m done spending my money here, they lost a loyal 15 year+ customer. 6 times in a row man, they ruined my food or order. With the COVID-19 restrictions I could only drive-thru. 1st time there, meeting a family for lunch nearby. Made a phone order about 1 hr in advance. Showed up right at 12:15 and they had our 2 shredded beef chimis ready to go. We did dbl guacamole on one and dble sour cream/no guacamole on the other. They got that right, the combo included rice & beans. All good and served in styrofoam, not foil (beware of food in a,uminum foil). Tasted good, was totally filled. Thought they could have included a token bag of chips, but if they had, I wouldn't have been able to finish the chimichanga! The mild green sauce was a good compliment. Didn't try the hot sauce.
