Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I called this location to order a pizza and a man answered and right away was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked if they had any specials and he said “Ya a 2 large 3 topping pizza for $20.” So I said “Do you guys have anything for just one large pizza?” He said “NO.” I said “okay I will give you guys a call back”. He then said “Why?? We can take you order now” I said “because I will go online to see if you have any other specials”. So he says “Then why didn’t you do that first before calling here”? I said “because I normally don’t order online, and thought you would have good deals for delivery too, but can I speak to your manager?” He said “What is it concerning?” I said “I just need to speak to your manager” So after saying that he said “What store are you looking for?” I said “North valley parkway” Then he said “Well we aren’t that store so I’m gonna transfer you to someone else, BYE”!!! He seemed to have gotten scared when I asked to speak with the manager. So he randomly transfers me to god knows who and I place my order after they tell me they deliver to me. I tell them about 6 times PLEASE MAKE PIZZA WELL DONE! They said ok and will take about 70min. I’m like 70min!!! Wow ok but I waited. About 15-20min later they are already at my door with a pizza. I grab the pizza and open it only to find an extremely undercooked pizza so greasy the grease is literally dripping off my pizza. So I had to call and get a new pizza. They show up within 10min of that call and the pizza was much better cooked but still extremely greasy. That was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life and I can’t belive how rude that guy was. I wish I knew his name! I will never order from here or any Pizza...

The food is decent… I ordered one week from this location however and got wings and pizza.. A ranch was included with my wings like every other place does when selling hot wings. The s last time I went in and ordered a large pepperoni and 8 boneless wings and tried to pay for a 33 dollar and some change order with a 50 dollar bill. The employee at the time, a Sarah told me they did not accept 50 dollar bills…? I can understand a 100 but to only need to give 16 dollars and some change! What’s the difference in having a stack of 20’s in the register? So I asked Sarah if she was hungry? And offered to pay 20 dollars in cash for the order. Which seemed to really offend her. She threw the wings on top of my pizza box and said do you want me to cancel the order? I said no I have a family that needs dinner, so put it in my debit card. I asked if there was ranch in with the wings which she replied hot wings don’t come with ranch….. and it would be 80 cents per ranch I wanted. I know every other restaurant serves ranch dressing with wings! So sorry you have to work at Pizza Hut Sarah! My family will not be back seeing how there’s a streets of New York right down the street! Hopefully management can resolve Sarah’s bad attitude so no other customers are...

Ordered a supreme minus peppers and mushrooms and extra cheese and sauce...had not been to a pizza hut in years and so I gave a try and I see why im not getting pizza here again. Pizza to the Rescue has authentic Italian pizza for $10 during happy hour which is spectacular and worth the 60 mile round trip for me. I took my pizza home before opening the box...big mistake. Thought I was gonna open the box to find a good pizza and found disappointment 😞 instead. There was barely 1 piece of pepperoni per slice, hardly any other meat and the mushrooms were sporadic at best and no extra cheese. I drove 6 miles home to a soggy crust for a pan pizza 🍕. Tried to eat a couple pieces and was so distraught by the lack of care and amount of toppings, I quite and called the manager there. He said he could remake it, yeah like im gonna drive 13 miles round trip to get another disappointing pizza. He didn't even apologize. He said just bring back for a refund and hung up. Pizza Hut lost my business. Be careful of rushed skimp toppings pizza. Sorry, I give kudos where ther they are deserved...like Pizza to the Rescue...but this is sub par...
