So, I ordered from this location on 2/20/22 and it was an expected 25-35 minute delivery (which is fine). I received notice that they were sending it to me via Doordash. I received my food and they forgot my wing order. I looked at the pizza and cheesesticks and they were cold and burned. I tried to reheat it in the microwave but it was so bad I had to throw it out. My total order was $56 after tax and tip. I contacted the store and spoke with the General Manager. He informed me that i could get a refund on the wings but, because I received the pizza he would only give me an in store credit for said pizza. I informed them that I didn't pay with in store credit and I had paid with my own money. He then took down my info and said the Area Manager would be in touch as that is all he could do. This was 2 days ago, no refunds, no notice of credit, no contact. I also asked for the corporate number to file a complaint and was told they can't give that to me. I called again today and spoke with a different manager and after he spoke with the GM he told me that the only thing they will do now is give me in store credit for the wings I didn't get and would not refund anything. I was basically told that they were going to hold my money hostage until I decide to order from them again. This is per "their policy" as I was informed. They took my info again and said the Area Manager would reach out and when I asked for the corporate number I was again told that they can't provide that to me. I then had to Google the number and spoke with a pleasant rep that informed me that they would attempt to rectify the situation and upper management would be in contact and most likely I would receive my refund. All of this because their GM has a chip on his shoulder and is ok with serving garbage food. The GM here has no regard for customer satisfaction and feels that he should keep my money even though I didn't receive all of my food and what I did get I couldn't eat. My favorite part is that if I ever want to see my money again in any fashion according to the GM I would have to spend more money just to get it. This place...

I'm new to the area on a road trip from Baltimore promoting my mobile app business and this is the experience I had to face here in Arizona. I am completely appauled at what transpired. I was minding my business with a nap in my car after driving and eating lunch when someone taps on my window about a manager Alexis calling the police on me. Why? The police shows up and asks me have I been drinking anything etc. An I respond no I'm just relaxing before I have to finish driving. The officer was cool about it and just left. I walk in the store and ask for the manager Alexis who I then ask about her boss. She responds with she asked me to move when she never said anything. I spend anywhere from 40 to 80 dollars worth of food.. we can no longer even get cheese or peppers without paying for it.. the pizza is always Over cooked so the cheese is totally brown.. today even the green peppers and onions were black.. I redeemed points for a pizza and 8 boneless wings.. they cancel the wings on their end and think I don't screen shot my orders when completed.. I mean since when is it okay to just to cancel someone's order without letting them know even..
