Today I went to Rallys and unfortunately this may be the last time. The cashier at window was nice and professional. I ordered a double fish and a double spicy chicken sandwich. Was asked to pull around since the order is made fresh. Ok, no problem. About 13-15 min later a lady comes out and goes to the vehicle parked two spaces to the left of my vehicle.
She never approaches my vehicle at all and never came back out. After a total of 23 min I drove back into the drive thru since this location does not have a dine in area. Only drive thru, outside seating and a walk up order window. They offered me my food since it was obviously in the back somewhere sitting there. However I declined, my food is no longer fresh and its been sitting there.
Thank you for offering however at this point I just want my money back. The manager acts like as if its my fault since I did not flag the lady down or say anything. Its obvious the manager is over worked and under paid therefore I did not argue with her. (I presented what my receipt looked like after the manager voided or gave me my money back. Its literally ripped at the top and at the bottom. I can't even get a full receipt back! 👀)
The manager was obviously miserable since she lacks customer service skills and professionalism. I just asked for my money back. Customers do not have to flag their food down, that is the restaurants job to do so not the customers obligation. Reading these other reviews I see why they get orders mixed up etc. If the employees are so incompetent that they cannot even give the right order to the right vehicle, what makes you think they will get any order correct?
What is so hard about delivering a food order to the appropriate vehicle? No other restaurant makes the customer flag down their order. Take ownership of your employees either being lazy, incompetent, or not being...

After leaving my feedback I was under the impression that I would be contacted. No one contacted me and the issue was not resolved. I feel like this could be handled a lot better but unfortunately Rallys fell short again. I noticed that every negative comment has basically had the same response from Rallys but the feedback system goes no where. Obviously they don't care about making things right leading to more & repeat customers. Tonight we used the Rallys drive-thru and I absolutely hate the voice ordering system. We are constantly having to repeat our orders because the system always gets the order wrong. As an example: "Can I get a #3 Combo triple meat?" "Do you want double or triple meat?" "Triple" Because the order is not repeated at the end, before driving up to the window, it is impossible to determine whether the system correctly registered the order.
As soon as we got to the window, the employee told us our total. After paying him, we got our food and headed home. We sat down to eat and guess what folks? Our triple meat was registered as a double and the Coke Zero we ordered was a fruity diet coke.
To prevent this from happening frequently, the order should be repeated at the window to ensure it is correct. I feel like the issues with the automated voice ordering system is going to have more of a negative impact on Rally's, instead of a...
Read moreThis place is pretty solid as fast food goes. Let's start with the things I love and then move into things I wanna suggest to hopefully help your business improve.
One, your fries are perfect. There is no other fry I've loved as much as yours. Keep those things around. Two, you have pretty good chicken. Whatever you do. Don't change it. Three, that banana shake, is delicious and impressive. Four, your staff is pretty friendly at this location. The other one closer to Southern Phoenix I refuse to go to.
Okay. Not to kill the vibe here, but the negative stuff now. The stuff that I feel could be improved.
Add another menu. Having only one main menu in the driveway is a sure way to kill your productivity.
When ordering a chicken box ask for sauce. That's always the first question we get asked anywhere else we go for nuggest. Sometimes people aren't aware you serve sauce. Sometimes the consumer forgets.
Maybe not drench every burger in your sauce. It takes away from the flavor of the patty that honestly with just a dollop less would benefit wildly from. You have solid beef, better than a lot of fast food places.
Okay. Mainly the first would make you as efficient as possible. But I hope this review helps. Both you and consumers alike. I'll update with menu pictures and food picture when...
