Extremely angry! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We did an order online and delivery with Uber eats and the driver was missing items. She was in contact with us the entire time and let us know she called the store and was even on the line with us as well! The manager told her that they “gave her our full order” and on top of that the manager accused her of trying to steal our food and HUNG UP ON HER! An hour later and my time is wasted and now I need a refund because of poor customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Definitely disappointed, sorry Ray's but it's not New York style. Crust was the toughest I have ever chewed, a bit overcooked, dark brown on bottom of crust and crust too thick. Cheese was mostly brown bubbles which is also a sign of being overcooked. $18 for 17" cheese pizza and cheese was minimal. All you pizza places need to learn what New York style actually is before you advertise New York style, it's thin crust, not thin and crispy or just hand tossed. It's hand tossed and thin. What can I say. The last time I was there the cheese pizzas cooked and ready for the lunch special was suddenly turned into my pepperoni pizza after they threw some pepperoni slices on top of the cooked cheese pizza then thrown back into the oven. Needless to say this slice didn't taste the best and I wouldn't pay for that again. However when you get actual fresh slices it's a few notches better. Pizza is like sex. When it's good it's real good and when it's bad it's still pretty good. I love pizza and I love New York style but I've had better. Will I go back to Ray's? Of course I'm a pizza junkie.
