Please steer clear and go anywhere else but here. I learned a $55 lesson today when I took my family here for lunch. Unbeknownst to me I was in for a culinary nightmare. Everything was overpriced overcooked and underwhelming. I spent $55 on salmon jerky and chicken croutons. The food tasted like it had been frostbitten and cooked in a microwave. My son enjoyed his orange chicken so I guess the $14 we spent on that was worth it. Edamame tasted like it had been dipped in iodized salt and I couldn’t tell if I was edamame or just spoons of salt out of the salt shaker. $55 for three people and only one of them was a combo. I am mortified that this place is still open when you have George and son and even panda express would’ve been a better option than this. Next time I will follow my gut and steer clear. Please learn from my mistakes and save your money and your afternoon by not having lunch here.

My husband loves Samurai Sam's. He always gets a steak bowl with spicy sauce. I stopped to grab him some takeout on my way home. Their bowls are always great and their service is almost always spot on. However, we need to learn the difference between seared and burned. I ordered two orders of potstickers. They only had enough for 1 order so they offered me a substitute or a refund. I decided just to get an egg roll and a drink instead. After 1 bite of the eggroll I couldnt even believe they served it. It was not just extra crispy, it was burnt. Same went for the potstickers. They were seared in spots then charred and burned in others. It ruins the flavor bc their potstickers are very tasty.

The food was ready pretty quickly. The restaurant was clean, as was the bathroom. I had a bowl with noodles and vegetables. The noodles were to die for. So delicious didn't even need a sauce put on it. But the vegetables....humph. Imagine the California Style vegetables they sell in the bags you can microwave. The vegetables were crisp and all, but ZERO flavor. No seasoning was added at all. I was disappointed because the noodles didn't reheat well either. Overall, good noodles. Disappointed though.

Good luck. This place is hit or miss. Last time I was there it was amazing! Great customer service great food, no complaints. This time I went there and ordered the same thing, but there was zero cabbage in the veggies and I asked for a side of it. When the girl brought it out she just told me I need to ask for extra next time. I told her I didn't want extra I just wanted some. Then as I was eating the rest of the bowl I bit into a cold carrot I figured maybe it was just on top when they heated them and that one was missed. And when I say cold I mean it was like it just came out of the fridge. No big deal it happens, but then carrot after carrot was either not cooked or still cold. After the cabbage I didn't bother letting the girl know because I'm sure she would just tell me to make sure to ask for the veggies be cooked. After two pieces of chicken and a handful of edemame were all cold I gave up eating it. I decided to just pack it up so I could take it home and warm it in the microwave. When I asked for lids I let the girl know that parts of the food was cold so they could make sure it wouldn't happen to the next person. She didn't care. She looked at me like I was dumb and said "oh OK".. and went back to talking with another worker.. So I guess if the little girl with blonde hair and glasses is working just turn around and walk out, there are better places to eat that are less expensive and have better...

The location at 67th & 101 is consistently good. This location and Agua Fria and 101 is closer to my home so I've tried it and always so disappointed. With the construction mess on 101 I decided to try the location on Agua Fria.... cookies up front were burnt but they still had them on counter not a positive sign, so I ordered my chicken yakosobi bowl with veggies no cabbage and spicey sauce. Got home and my bowl was 1/2 full of noodles in regular sauce with 3 pieces of broccoli and carrots....no chicken at all. When I called to complain just come back and we'll fix it was sll they said. When I went back girl at counter wanted to argue with me that I ordered just veggies no chicken. Even IF I had just ordered veggies....3 little pieces of broccoli and 1/2 a bowl is not right. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. NO APOLOGY at all for me driving back over there or for a pitiful 1/2 bowl od noodles with just a few veggies and no chicken. Terrible place 😪 ive learned my...
