The older lady with brown hair and glasses is the worst employee. She is so incredibly rude...just horrible. I've gotten the worst vibe from her every time I come in, like I'm so annoying and such an inconvenience. This morning, I waited at the counter for a few minutes before she came over to take my order. No "hello how are you" or anything. Then after she finished writing on the cup she just walked away. Didn't tell me my total or anything, I didn't even know I was supposed to swipe my card. Then it took her forever to make my simple drink even though there was no one else there, and when I got it, it was completely wrong! I have no idea what she even did to it. I am no snob when it comes to things like this, I'm always super polite when people get things wrong, but if they are just downright rude, it's a different story. I just left. Slow AF! Only one person staffed with a busy store. Got an Ice Tea and it had only a little ice and was warm as they didn't shake it like they are supposed to. Just poored it added water some ice to my actual cup not the shaker. Man slowest Starbucks ever and they don't know how to make drinks.
