Mobile ordered two drinks here and it said it would be about 30 minutes before they were ready so I figured they were busy. I got there after 30 minutes and had noticed they were busy but figured my drinks should be ready. They were not. I proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes before asking about my order to which some large guy with an Edgar cut that worked there told me he would check and see for me. He walked away and didn’t come back… I thought it was weird because normally if you ask someone to check they come back and tell you an update, but I figured they were busy and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. I waited another 15 minutes before soliciting an update and was rudely told “I did check we’re really busy we have ten orders in.” At this point I had been waiting over an hour for an order and wasn’t too happy to be thrown some attitude when trying to not be mad about something that clearly went wrong. There is no way 10 orders would take 1 hour with 8 people working in the Starbucks. I proceeded to get the attention of another employee who was able to check for me and got my order out in a few minutes.
Regardless of how busy this place is, the service and management is definitely lacking. I see other locations that would appear to be just as busy handle the pressure more efficiently. Read moreNot only is this location always busy I intentionally went at 5:30 a.m. I made sure to get my order ready and submitted that as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. When I place my order it said that it would be ready in 3 to 6 minutes. I did see that there was not a long line. Surprise surprise! I get to the monitor to let them know that I had placed a mobile order. The guy on the other side did go ahead and let me know that he found it however was extremely rude. I intentionally ordered a coffee with no ice because by the time the person it was meant for would get it, It would be diluted if it had the ice in there. However, this guy did start and say " Well you place your order 2 minutes ago and how do you order a shake and expresso with no ice? Do you just want us to dilute it?" He didn't let me talk at all while saying this.
Now it might sound petty to others that I'm writing a review like this however, coming from a Client Experience background you don't ever talk to your Clients this way or say something as rude as they did. He also had a very aggressive tone when he was talking to me so that is why I'm super frustrated an offended. I don't know if he was just having a bad morning but this location had just opened. For someone to be rude like that so early in the morning was completely uncalled for.

Read moreNot impressed at all, I usually stop by this location 4 times a week on my way to work. I hardly ever get greeted or acknowledged even when I'm standing in front of the cashier unless I greet them first. As I said, it's on my way to work so I will frequently place a mobile order for pickup. The past two times I was not acknowledged again and had to ask one of the girls tidying up the front to grab my mobile order. She told me I can reach it from the counter but obviously did not see my pregnant belly or didn't care to help me out. I wouldn't assume I could just walk in and take food from the counter and couldn't reach it if I tried. She continued to stare at me expectantly then opted to call out to the barista making drinks to stop what she was doing at the pick up window to hand me my food all the while just standing there and staring. My last issue is that I always have to remind them that I would like no caramel drizzle on my frapaccino even though it clearly says so on the label and I remind them twice when I order. They then scrape the top of my drink off and twice replaced the whipped cream with the wrong flavor. I'd rather go out of my way to avoid this location after giving them...
