Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

Sat at the drive thru this morning, waiting, and waiting, patiently behind another person, I was then trapped because 2 more vehicles behind me. No one EVER came over the intercom and said ANYTHING, let alone, we aren't open... All the lights were on inside and on the drive thru. So I look on line, says OPEN until 7pm, guy in front of me finally gives up and we drive up to the window, he tries to get someone attention, NO ONE would even make eye contact with any of us. 3 people in there at least , NOTHING from anyone. I call the number listed on line, just rings, and rings and rings, no answer what so ever. POOR POOR POOR customer service for people on their way to work in the morning. If you aren't open, put up a cone or don't turn on your menu lights. ...

I placed an order for a Venti Caramel Brulee Latte. I always ask for the blonde shots because I get a stomach ache from the regular house shots. I got a stomach ache just from drinking a couple sips. I brought the drink in on the following day on my day off. I told the manager nLarrence what happened and he proceeded with a unprofessional and unsimpathetic tone and refused to remake my drink. He said, I should have called the store. I told him I called C.S.. He said, that has nothing to do with us. He also said, I needed to bring the drink in yesterday. I generally have a great experience at this location with very friendly staff but this morning the barista at the drive through must have something personal going on that spilled into her workday. I didn't catch her name.. brown hair, pony tail and not feeling it today. I hope your day gets better. Please listen to your customers the best you can even when you're not feeling it.
