Subway — Restaurant in Phoenix

Look, im not the type to place bad reviews but I advise you read this. The service isn’t horrible but it’s not pleasant. Almost seems like they’re impatient and don’t want to deal with you. My mom isn’t the best with english so whenever she gets subway I send her a text message and she lets the person over the counter read it. I know thats not their job but they mess up every single time. It’s really not rocket science? They gave me the wrong bread and didn’t even toast it, gave the wrong condiments and much more 🤦‍♀️ from the looks of it everyone is over 16 and under 55 so I’m honestly just confused if they don’t know how to read or they’re just not wanting to do their job? Lousy employees but clean service, like I said its not the worst. The food is okay, really depends on when you go. Today it wasn’t that fresh but at times it could be really fresh and tasty. Their cookies are amazing I do recommend those but stay away from the tomato, egg, and veggie patties those are never switched out 🤢. Therefor I give it a 2, I live close by and go here at least 2-3 times a month. Always the same people never a smile on their face, besides that one dude with blonde hair he’s amazing but everyone else seems like they hate their life. I also seem to get judged for what I order. Once I saw them laugh look at each other and say “omg” because it was a lot to wrap. After that I just stayed in the car while my mom ordered. Food is a 6/10, service is a 4/10, knowledge is a 2/10 like cmon its subway its not fing rocket science, cleanliness is an 8 surprisingly its pretty clean. Overall like I said its not bad but...

Don't waste your time or money at this location 7th St and Missouri next to Bashas it's by far the worse when it comes to customer service. I've worked at a couple different subways and I have never treated anyone the way I was treated. The employee that I had to deal with should be fired. You shouldn't come to a Subway and feel absolutely uncomfortable and get service with an attitude. Also when you ask for something like asking the employee to take your sandwich out of the toaster when it's done they should do it not tell the customer that it doesn't need to be taken out of the toaster because the bell went off and it stops toasting when that happens. That toaster is still super hot and is still cooking your sandwich. I will never go back there. One more thing I tried to call the manager about how I was treated during my visit and the person who answered my call was the same employee and I was lied to by him telling me that he was a manager. The manager at this store (she said she was the mgr) was the most awful employee at any retail place I have been to. My husband and I ate there and after eating I asked the mgr to let me use the bathroom. She was refusing to give me the key because she claimed she saw me just walking in. My husband and I told her that we were eating there. My purse was still at the table and my husband was still sitting there. She then proceeded to give me the key but she added "you two have to leave immediately after you use the bathroom" I got so upset so I asked her I needed to talk to the mgr. So since she said she was the mgr I asked her to give me her supervisor's name and number. She not only refused, she was ignoring us and the other employees were too and then she told me she had called the cops so we would get arrested for trespassing! A supervisor showed up and I told him what happened and I never got an apology. They have cameras so, no, customers are not...
