WARNING: UNSANITARY PRACTICES FOR ORDERS SEALED AND PLACED ON PICKUP SHELF: So this store drive thru gave us wrong order, they were polite when i returned and replaced/remade it, comped my wife a drink while she waited, free taco coupons, etc... all great.... the order we recvd by mistake tho..... that we opened multiple items, left unwrapped and touched and opened the tacos to see what was inside if they were ours or not...and even started eating one taco and out of a bag of chips... they remade the ONE item, rewrapped and placed on shelf for pick up and just sealed and slelved the bag w chips n chesse like we werent just diggin all in it... when my wife questioned the sanitation behind this and suggested tgey renake the order, she said "um are you sick"... (tbh yes i was sick, but the question being so unexpected she didnt think to answer that honestly YES.... THEN she said real smugly, "thx for your input we will take it into consideration in the future "... when my wife mentioned that she would be leaving a review about the issue on their review website she FOLLOWED US OUTSIDE TO ACCUSE HER OF BEING PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE... " um, no... i am an avid google reviwer and review on taco bells webite with good reviews all the time to be helpful... i will definitely be editing my review to include this encounter" "oh so ur being aggressive aggressive? I guess i misunderstood... " WOOOOOW. truly stunned.... shake head, drive away.... crazy part... STILL missing a LARGE/COSTLY item from our order (there were only 2 items in one bag and a boxed meal in all to start with!....) Hit the drive through, order 2 cantina tacos NO SAUCE, AND I WANT THEM TO LOOK JUST LIKE THEY DO IN YHE PICT.... 2 potato tacos NO SAUCE !! so I get rolling down the road. Reach over, grab a cantina 🌮 first I notice that it's not grilled, then I bite into it, and the gd thing was pounded with sauce. I flip around, hit the dt again. Reorder the same way. Pull up to the windows. Go to hand the mismade product to the gal, she simply looks at me, snarled and slams the windows shut, sassy and brassy, running her mouth at me as if I'm at fault, few minutes later she comes to the window with the biggest scowl on her face and almost throws the bag at me, I ask for a manager. She stated. Nope he's busy and doesn't have time to deal with you and slams the windows!! Now if we did this to a customer. Not only would we be fired. Every business in town would hear about it. And we'd never get another shot at working retail

Read moreI placed an order through the drive-thru and paid in cash, as I was informed that cards were not being accepted. The cashier took my order, provided the drinks, and instructed me to park in front to wait for my food. After 25 minutes, an employee came out and informed me that they were experiencing a system issue and could not locate my order. I requested a refund, but was told I needed a receipt. Unfortunately, the cashier who took my order had never provided me one. I was then told that they could not refund my money and that they were still trying to find a solution.
I ended up waiting for over an hour without resolution, while I observed other customers being served through the drive-thru. When I returned to the drive-thru to follow up, I was again told that they could not provide my food because the order could not be found. Eventually, after more than an hour, I was handed a bag containing a poorly prepared with my receipt that they hadn’t given me until that moment , careless order that I discarded immediately.
