Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Made an order online and waited for the 20 minutes to pick up. Still waiting 15 minutes after the time to pick up and order still not done. Nice young lady at counter, but clearly needed help. Place understaffed, lots of people waiting for late pizzas. Had to ask again about the pizza, and she went to the back and found it-it had been ready in the back but never brought out so I was just wasting time. Was charged full $12.99 for the 5 meat on the online order system. But they handed me the pizza and said they were out of ham so only put the 4 meat on- but they still charged me full price. Honestly it was the principal of late order, didn't got charged full price for what they didn't give me and never offered to add extra of another meat instead. Had waited so long and lots of people in line, so I just gave in and took it. Too understaffed, product not ready, charged full price for product they couldn't make, and not offer to fix the issue. I could leave the pizza and figure out how to get the online charge credited and go seek dinner elsewhere or give in. Very...

My recent visit to this little pizza place was super splendid! It happened to be a rush hour when I went to order a hulu pizza. Despite this rush the cashier remained very composed and efficient, taking each and every order with great attention to detail. When it was my turn to place my order I was overjoyed to have her as my cashier! When I made a little comment about the pizza’s name she knew exactly how to make a joke back and it made me enjoy my experience a huge amount more. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything on the pizza and made sure I was comfortable with the pizza I was getting and even allowed me to get add some extra toppings. When I was done placing my order she quickly gave me my receipt and switched with someone to go make my pizza. This place has turned around for the best. Place was clean and crew was still cleaning, they even look happy doing it. Manager guy was on top of it all, he was friendly, attentive & just great customer service period. Manager took my order and said “I’ll make everything fresh for you” 💯. The place was very CLEAN and best of all my pizzas were FRESH, HOT and actually looked like the advertised pizzas, no cap. Pizza dough was made right, fresh, fluffy and my pizza perfect ratio of ingredients. Order was 10/10 and I should have taken a picture of it all but man, it was sooo good. 5 stars for service, food, atmosphere and even more! Keep up the great work night manager & team!
