If you're looking for run of the mill Chinese food in Ahwatukee catered to the local democratic, you found it. My visit was nothing memorable yet also nothing necessarily went wrong. We were greeted and our order was taken in a timely manner. Questions were answered. The tables were relatively clean for dine-in guests. The food labeled as spicy was indeed not spicy. General tso tofu nor orange chicken were indeed mild on the spicy scale. I did like that there were vegetarian options and healthier steamed options outlined specifically in sections on the menu. My friend said his egg roll that came with his combo plate lacked luster. The veggie fried rice was decent, had some flavor and seasoning, but wasn't the best I ever had. The prices were affordable, especially for the affluent Ahwatukee area. The service was good and overall we didn't leave dissatisfied.

This place serves large portions at a reasonable price. The food is mid-level quality. The menu has a wide variety, but is heavy on pork items (which I can’t eat). The chicken Lo Mein was good and the spring rolls average. At present, they are still doing carry out only, which was disappointing. Still, it’s worth a try if you want decent food on a budget.

This place is pretty good. The prices are phenomenal for the amount of food you get. However the food isn't the best; but it's not bad either. It looks like currently you cant eat inside, and that may be because of COVID.

I wish I could give them a Zero star rating but since I can’t they will get a 1. I am a Door Dash driver so I haven’t had their food but my complaint comes from their customer service and just in general how I witnessed them treat people.

I worked on Christmas Day and it was about 6:30 I received a two order delivery from here. When I initially arrived, I noticed how busy isn’t was inside (there was hardly any room for any more people to enter in the store) but I worked my way into what seemed like was a line. There was a young lady in front of me who informed me that it would be awhile because she placed her order over the phone and she has already been there for 30 minutes and a gentleman next to me who said he ordered online and had already been waiting for an hour in the store. The line was so you could get a number, basically when your number is called then your food is ready. I waited in line for about 20 minutes before I made it to the counter. The young man working the front carried no people skills or customer service. You could tell he was overwhelmed and didn’t know how to handle much of what was going on. I advise him I am there for the two orders I had and all he could tell me was we will call the names when they were ready. I said ok and found somewhere to stand along with everyone else.

Fast forward to me being there for an hour now. I go back to the counter to find out how much more time my orders would take, but I didn’t get much from the young man, so he goes to get a lady from the back (please note this is a family business ran by mom dad and children and the young lady was screaming and yelling at all family members in the back where they cook as well as in the front where the young man was) she then looks at my phone, more of a quick glance and tells me it’s going to take at least another 40 minutes to an hour. I asked why, she explained to me that my number is like 147 and they were barely on 130. I informed my customers of how much longer there orders could take and within a few minutes one of my customers cancelled her order without telling me. That was a huge loss for me as I only made a couple dollars since she cancelled for an hours time. Being a driver I make money based off my time so this was a loss, while my other customer chose to continue with her order since I was willing to continue to wait ( I had already wasted an hour and cancelling at that point would of been a real waste money wise). I waited for another 40 minutes and then decided to check in again being that I wanted to make sure it would be done within 20 minutes. The young lady then tells me can I cancel the customers order since they no longer have the ingredients to make her order. I about lost it. More so because her attitude was so nonchalant and careless to how it affected me and the customer.

Overall I have never had their food but because of how they treat ppl and carry themselves I would never eat here or recommend for anyone to eat here. One of the worst experiences I...

My sister and brother in law recommend this place to me and I'm very picky with my Chinese food due to other past bad experiences around the valley. I'm aware its fairly new, so the set up inside is still gathering together no judgement we all start somewhere. its been busy since i first came which is a good sign.

1st time here i got beef fried rice and egg drop soup. Its was SOO GOOD! taste very authentic and didn't wait long it was fast service and ready hot food. The fried rice quantity is very good size for its price and can be shared for 2. The egg drop soup is to die for, love it! So we decided to add won tons and egg rolls, they were soo delicious. Beverages are great, hot tea taste like traditional hot tea! its sorta self-serve for now on drinks.

2nd time: i recommend this place to my bf for our little family to dine at again. it wasn't so busy when we arrived so the register lady served our drinks to us. My bf is a foodie person especially to Chinese he has open taste as compared to me. He noticed on the menu 'green tea family dinners' so we tried the family dinner for 3 ours included, 3 egg rolls, sweet n'sour chicken, spicy general tso's chicken, beef vegetables and almonds, chicken fried rice, and 3 fortunes cookies. We waited less than 10-12 mins and our food was served hot and ready. All taste amazingly good, my bf was impressed and he mentioned 'we'll be back here again'.. when we were departing, there was take outs and others arriving to dine.

3rd time: my sister and i recommend this place to our parents visiting a few days ago and my mom is like me very picky on Chinese food but she took our word on it and she got a small chicken fried rice and she was very satisfied, and my father got a large chicken fried rice with egg drop and he enjoyed all. they were busy when we arrived so we self-served out drink and when we departed they were still busy (phone, taking orders face to face) :)

I've been looking around the valley for a small Chinese restaurant like this for awhile and im glad i have found my go-to spot and its less than a 7 min walk away from where i reside. Excited for their new adventure here in Awahtukee. You have my...

We just moved to the area and came across this place in our Google search. I made an account, placed the order online, put in my card info and received a confirmation email confirming the food will be delivered in an hour at 7:30p. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (it was stormy and places are tight on workers), waited until 8:00p to inquire on my food status. The worker responded "I don't know" to all my questions. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said "they aren't here". I asked to speak with anyone else that could help. The phone was passed between 3 different workers. One of the workers confirmed the order is ready. Another said I called the order in, I argued that I did not and confirmed their website address three times. Another worker shouted "I don't believe you, you're a liar!". I asked, how can you call me a liar saying I didn't place the order, when the other worker confirmed the order is made and also I have proof in my email. I was done arguing, It was then that I told them I wanted a refund. The worker said "we are the only ones who can charge you." I argued that I received the payment confirmation via email. She said "I swear on God, no charges, and no refund." And was called a liar again. Take everything with a grain of salt, but save yourself the hassle. Now Im foodless and gonna have to deal with this refund issue. By the way their website says "We Deliver!"-that's incorrect. They use 3rd parties like UberEats to deliver. Thank goodness Wendy's was...
