We have been regulars at this location for the last year and a half and tonight will be our last time due to the poor service from our waitress and the quality of food and drinks tonight was horrible. We kept coming back to support this place and that won’t be happening after tonight’s service and continued poor margaritas. This location has had issues with their frozen margarita machine for the last year and the owners don’t seem to want to fix it and being a Mexican restaurant it’s ridiculous. We ordered 4 frozen margaritas tonight because last week when we went it was good but tonight our waitress brought 4 over and it was like a heap of watered down ice and the fact she thought that would be ok is beyond me. We switched to 4 on the rocks and still not acceptable they tasted water down. The food quality was bad tonight and didn’t get my order right and she had no personality she didn’t show the fun customer service like other wait staff we’ve had over the past year and half. This was our go to and now good luck with keeping this place open. I feel really bad for the staff that probably enjoys working there but if the management doesn’t care about food quality and having decent margaritas who’d want to spend their money out at your restaurant. That by far was the worse $100 I’ve spent out for drinks and food. Just very disappointed and for those that are looking for a Mexican restaraunt I would say don’t bother going here it’s never 100% consistency and I can only think of 2 wait staff that we actually enjoyed seeing so I’m sorry I don’t have their names to give kudos to them but tonight’s our waitress was disappointing and we didn’t get any personality from her if anything she acted annoyed to be working. Management get your act together if you want to stay in business! No wonder no one was in...
Read moreAnnoyed but good food so gonna rant but will try them again. Tried to order online but the two salad options on website were not available to order online. So called in order and tried to pay over the phone but after 3 times trying to give the same 4 numbers, I gave up and said I would pay when I picked up the food. Tried calling back immediately because I was not given a time for pickup but the line was busy. When I got there to pick up my foodm a girl went in just before me. I proceeded to wait several minutes by the hostess as he proceeded to tell the girl they have no employment openings right now. They went back and forth as she told him someone there called her and she had an appointment. He then told her they were busy right now with online orders and could not do the intervened right now. This was followed by several follow up questions about her work history & experience. All the while I'm standing there, have not even been acknowledged. Also I'm starring at the dead roach under the waiting area bench. Another customer comes in and finally he's done with the girl and acknowledges me. As he is getting my order I ask about the 15% discount listed on the website. He tells me that is only for online orders but will give it to me anyway. As I arm trying to explain online didn't give me the 2 salad options I wanted Coptions not there but care on website he rudly yeah yeahed me and repeated he was giving it to me. I was trying to help and say there is a glitch in online order system as it doesn't match website menu but he was too...
Read moreMy bride and I tried this place for the first time today after randomly browsing google to find any Mexican food with vegan options. We were surprised to see a whole Vegetarian section on the menu that explicitly says that they can make any vegetarian dish Vegan. Menu was very reasonably priced and we were pleased to be served with nice high-end glass/dinnerware and cloth napkins. A nice touch considering you typically don’t see that quality outside restaurants with a much higher price point. Our dinner started with the Chunky Guacamole and a warm basket of chips that was big enough for five people served in a heavy stone molcajete. Avocados were fresh and was topped with pico and diced mango. Entrees ordered were the Potato Tacos and Soyrizo Potato Burrito, both with rice and black beans. Like the guacamole, the portions were huge and everything was fresh! Tacos were crispy and delicious and the burrito was packed with soyrizo and potatoes. We don’t drink but many people there were enjoying margaritas and a full bar. We will be back to try the rest of the veggie menu and to feast on more chips and salsa! Highly...
