Come on down to this new place uptown. RIP the old mexican spot that was here. The atmosphere is clean, vibrant, open yet cozy, and a cool pocket of arcades. 2 dart boards and a pool table ought do it. No drinks lingering, bussed immediately.
Mixed crowd of locals that are friendly off the bat. Great cocktail mixer and a fair selection of beer, two hearted ipa is off the beaten trail from other bars around. The cooks deliver and give customer as much as the bartender and bar back.
I had cheese curds which were clean and prompt. The frier is clean you can tell. I’ll be back again to eat at their inciting menu.
The locals or outsiders are conversationalist and partakes in my bday celebration. BSing is the norm here, no shy guys. Very generous friends and the drink pour just as well. Their staff care to introduce themselves. You don’t have to pry the service for simple banter or service no less. I did not hit the bottom of a drink.
Negative, tho slight is the price but again, dint have to chase a drink. The drinks kept coming. In good company that means something. I hate interrupting an engaging conversation because my drink is empty.
Plus it was my bday at the stroke of midnight. Good host to start the special day.
Enough gassing this place up. Check out it out if you’re tired of the same ol same ol in uptown. ya know, late night places that survive on blow or no kitchen or terrible combination of the two.
Eat. Play.Class yet ass. Best of all, service hungry to make you happy. Ill be be back.
im a big boy who can drink. the price was right.
Hollar at Jenna, Conner, and your cooks.
Turned 36, glad I came here at...
Read moreWe go The Bar off Indian School all the time! Being from Michigan we love the atmosphere and our girl always takes good care of us! We were super excited to check out this location. My wife and I brought my sister and brother in law to watch the basketball games and have a few drinks. The server we had was good and VERY sweet. We noticed it getting packed so when my in laws left we moved to the bar to open a table. When the bar started to get packed we asked for another drink quarters and tab to close out and finish our drinks playing games and open up the seats… 30 minutes later my wife stood up … giving up her chair and the gentleman sat down and was immediately served. We were then asked … after I also stood up if we needed anything. We asked for the tab and left at that point.
The most disappointing part wasn’t the man getting served it was the other bartender never coming back and checking on us. There was plenty of staff to cover the place this size… if one girl can hold it down the way she does at the other location you would think you wouldn’t sit with empty drinks and no service for 1/2 a game @ sister...
Read moreThis is my first time here, and I’ll definitely be back! The location is great, and I love their happy hour specials. The Bar. is very reasonable, considering how many other places are limited on time when HH specials are valid and still charge a lot.
The staff was fantastic! Alexandra and Carolyn were super friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of. They never left an empty glass or had to wait for service. It was clear that they love working there, which made the visit even better.
Even though there was a big crowd, the service was spot on. The seating was comfortable, and the decor was great. The only suggestion I have is to install some sound-reducing materials. It was a bit loud while chatting with someone else, but it was also super busy.
We also got a dozen wings and split the order to try two different flavors. Their wings were actually really meaty and tasted amazing!
Overall, this is a great neighborhood bar, and I’ll definitely be back regularly for the services and...
