Wendy's — Restaurant in Phoenix

MY SUGGESTION CHECK ORDER THOUGHLY PULL APART BREADS TO MAKE SURE ALL INGREDIENTS ARE THERE !!Editing my previous review I used to really like this Wendy's for all the hamburger places in the area On July 1St I ordered my usual #1 no cheese ,Apple pecan chicken salad, Tried ordering an iced tea ( they do have the freshest in the area) No lemons Scratch that tea Out of the two #1' s I ordered I had to send one back it had cheese. I looked in the salad bags saw no dressing it comes with a special pomegranate vinergerette They handed me two packages I trusted they handed me the right thing. Not I got home I was given Italian vinergerette WOW EEEWWWW Not with apples or pecans 😝😜 I found1 package at home Anyways I get home we unwrap our Dave's #1 Hot & Juicy What a Disappointment!!!! Especially when you're looking forward to your favorite neighborhood hamburger 😕 No tomatoes,No pickles, very little lettuce, a sorry little string of onion and Only mayo !!! 🍔. LOL I see lettuce on the emoji 😄😄😄😄😄 So I fixed them up at home with stuff. The point is I paid for a product! I did call the manager she was nice wanted to replace meal right away No way was I going out in afternoon HEAT again so she left a note for the next days manager. She told me they were short handed etc I've worked in retail for many years I was taught that's when your crew needs to learn to communicate so these things don't happen. I called the next day and it was before opening I didn't want to disturb him while working He tells me No credits are given I asked him " Why would I want to eat Wendy's two days in a row So I've been told I could use it this week We will see 😬😬😕😕 SERIOUSLY if you guys want a raise Please make sure your working for it and do care and then I feel your worth it 😊 Sorry but there is no customer service anymore Not just here but most places and This Wendy's used to be #1 of my favorite places in the neighborhood Come on Wendy's you can do...

Wendy's location 51st Ave and Indian School. We will NEVER go to this location again.

I had to give it 1 star because zero stars was not an option. This is the absolute worst Wendys I have ever been too. It started off great as the employee working the drive thru was great. 1st we asked if they had cookies, she went and checked and said they do so we added a few. We ordered 2 combo meals, large sized and 2 large cups of chili. She she read everything back after we ordered. We got to the window and paid and then she says they dont have any cookies. Then she tried to ask if we wanted to substitute the cookies for another drink. We declined. She got upset and closed the window. From that point on it was a disaster. 1 of the burgers we ordered was a special order, except we got it completely plain and dry. Just meat. We recieved medium frys and 1 large drink and 1 small drink. The 2 large cups of chili were the smaller ones. By this time we had been waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and an additional 10 at the window. When trying to get large drinks like we ordered she wanted the reciept because she said we didnt order drinks????? 😒 Then she was upset that she had to get 2 new drinks. She handed them to us and closed the door and walked off. Nothing else said. Her attitude and smug comment's was about to set me off so I left without getting the correct order.

P.S. the guy in front of us also pulled over and went i side with his food, it was all wrong as well. The employess at the drive thru were all teenagers. The manager was of no help either. He was the one that offered a drink instead of cookies. He didnt want to...

One star is BEYOND generous. Every time I come here my order is never correct. Something is either missing, the food is cold, or the fries are unsalted. The list can go on and on and on. I had to drive back to the store today because the employees apparently don't know what's in a biggie bag and forget to put half of my order in my bag. I spoke to someone on the phone and he was beyond rude and the lady at the front counter was even worse. As someone who works in costumer service I'm deeply frustrated and astonished that these people are even working. However it seems night shift can do and act as they please. Sadly they didn't wore name tags either so I had to ask for the names. Julia was the rude employee at the counter, I asked for the guys name from a different employee. However she wasn't willing to tell me the guys name. From the looks of it she seemed like a manager as she was in a different shirt. However she 1. Didn't wear a name tag 2. Was extremely unprofessional and rude as well so I would hope she wouldn't be in a manager position. On top of having to drive all the way back to the store I had to wait 10minutes for 14pc nuggets and 1 medium fries. I will be calling corporate in regards to the employees unprofessional attitudes as well as the constant mishap...
