Our families last several trips here have been extremely disappointing. Yesterday I sat in the drive up line for ten minutes after ordering without pulling up at all. 5 minutes later when I got to the window to pay I was asked what I had ordered so he knew which was mine and how much I was to pay. Then I pulled up to the pickup, the young lady was chatting while I sat for another few minutes while bags and drinks sat at the window. When she acknowledged me again I was asked what I ordered I told her and that if the bag sitting there was mine and the food/fries were cold I wanted fresh food as it had now been over 15 minutes since I had ordered. She went ed away and when she came back said it was my order and started to try and hand it to me and I refused to accept it. She again walked out of sight and when she returned requested I pull forward to the reserved spot. I did, thinking they were getting a fresh order. I sat in the reserved spot for ten minutes before going in to the counter. The person in charge noticed me right away and asked what I wanted I explained it had been more than 25 minutes since I had ordered in the drive thru and what had happened, her reply was I JUST GOT HERE. No I'm sorry for the delay or let me help you. Also she was at the window with the young man when I paid for the order. Without asking what I ordered she took the bag from me and yelled I need those 2 big Mac's, so she knew about my problem. 2 minutes later I was handed a bag and looked in. I was supposed to have a large drink with the order and told her, which again caused her to tell me she just got there. Whole she was getting the drk I checked the sandwich order. The fries of course were cold. I handed them back to her and she got another order. Now I had my order but no acknowledgement of their failure or apology, I voiced this to her and again hearsld "I JUST GOT HERE" And she turned and walked away. All of this occurred with at least 7 or 8 people standing in line to order or waiting for orders My fast food run at half time of the Eagles game and 3 blocks from home took 32 minutes. To add insult to injury when unpacked at home there were no dipping sauces for the nuggets in the bag and requested. Both Wendy's and Burger King have stores within 1/2 mile of your location So I guess we will be trying them...
Read moreIf there was a half star I may have chose that. I am aware that COVID has taken a toll on businesses and more so their ability to hire employees. But this location I witnessed 3 people walk out after waiting in line for way to long...At one point an employee came out from the back to use the restroom and we asked if someone would be up front to take orders, her reply "I don't know." A gentleman exclaimed that he had placed his order using the kiosk and he had been waiting 20 minutes for a large fry and drink. I then placed my order at the kiosk I just came in for 2 shakes and a smoothie, the drive-thru line was very long. At one point a women who could have been the manager came near the front and a customer got her attention, the customer asked if someone will take orders and she responded with something inaudible, turned and walked away. The woman realizing no one was going to help walked out of the restaurant. I think that if the employees communicated "we are short staffed please place your orders at the kiosk and we will fill it as quickly as we can", customers would have been understanding but it was the rudeness and poor customer service that warranted this low rating. Read moreThis happens at many McDonalds but I don’t typically have issues when I return. I drove my $60,000 car to pick up food for my girlfriend and I ( paid cash and wasn’t given a receipt). After driving home I realized we didn’t get one of our fries so I drove back. There was a man talking me now (originally a woman). He told me I couldn’t get a simple medium as if I drove all the way back with my entire meal (now cold) just to get a free medium fry that cost less than $2 with a meal. I had the entire meal minus the fry. People on the mainline don’t drive around all night scheming to get a free $2 fry. I spent more in gas coming back, but it was the attitude and complete disregard for what seemed to be common sense. The customer is always right, especially over a stupid feud. It was not busy, at all, however I understand they’re closing. He could have simply asked the woman who took my order instead of arguing and wasting both our times. This has happened to me dozens of times (and you’d think I’d learn to check the bag) but it never amazes me how easily things are overlooked. Pretty sure it was the manager I was speaking to, which infuriated me further.
