Arby's — Restaurant in Picayune

I saw the same thing when I went in. All I ordered was two large orders of curly fries and it took about 15 minutes to get them. When I did get them they were barely even warm. I was disappointed. There we're only about four employees actually doing work and about six or seven standing around talking. Not to mention all the flies flying around inside. EDIT: I do appreciate you reaching out but I think I'm done with this location. Also while I was there a woman ordered 5 minutes before me and was sitting there waiting for her order after I ordered. She then got up and placed two more separate orders. Apparently she knew someone behind the counter because she came up 5 minutes later after her final order and asked the guy where her food was and he was kind enough to get her food together for her. While I waited another 5 minutes to get my order of two large fries. I guess it's...

09/12/24 We decided to stop here. I had a coupon for a $3.99 Ruben sandwich that I had received from this exact restaurant. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 jalapeno sliders, 2 orders of cheese sticks, the Ruben sandwich. The woman working told us the total and to pull to the next window. We paid, but after looking at the receipt I noticed the Ruben was $4.99. I mentioned this to the woman working and she told me she couldn't honor the coupon because it wasn't in their system. Told her I got the coupon from this location and she just shrugged and closed the window.

We drove off when we should have checked the rest of the food. The jalapeno sliders had no cheese on them and were put together sloppier than a McDonald's burger.

Super disappointing service. Unfortunately we won't be back here...

Stayed away from this place for a while to see if staff had been changed up as it’s gone increasingly down hill since opening. Ordered on the app which was great that they offer app ordering now. Got to drive thru and was told order could not be picked up at the drive thru. Told them I could not come inside. When I got to the window They told me what I ordered was somehow no longer on the menu? Girl at the window was incredible rude about the entire situation and I felt like I was bothering them just by showing up. Drove off and requested refund in app and left feedback. I’ll try again in 6 months or so if this place doesn’t close by then. By far the worst fast food...
